Sarah Palin? The same girl that could see Russia from her backyard? That would regularly make pasquinaded commons like; riding a man like a bronco? Remember how dumbfounded she looked when asked; what was the job of the Vice President? …and couldn’t answer. In a debate, she could not elaborate on any of the policy details that were on the McCain-Palin ticket and responded with; *I have only been at this, like five weeks? *

No, I feel very confident that she still could not pass a civics class.

Actually you are right, it was Tiny Fey making fun of a comment she made that was actually;

“They’re our next-door neighbors, and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska”

However, this was someone that I did not want as our Vice President. Her comments have just provided an abundance of material for late night comedians and those opposing her. There was so many better choices that would have help John McCain’s campaign.

I understand that you may not like our President. But he did attend Harvard Law and was an undergrad at Columbia. Therefore, I am certain he could pass a civics test. Now in regards to polices…one’s agreement or disagreement is another thing. 👍

Hillary Clinton has written two rather statist law journal articles about “childrens’ rights”. Other than that, there isn’t much to talk about.

As to “womens’ rights”, it is well reported that she pays women staffers less than men for the same job. And, then there was that organization (which I can’t name here) to harass and defame women who claimed to have been molested by Bill Clinton.

I agree with you. To me, Trump even seemed a bit uncomfortable sharing the stage with her. That said, I do think it will help him in Iowa in the short term. Trump has a good lead in New Hampshire. I think that Trump figures that if he can also win Iowa he can start a ball rolling that can’t be stopped. What is she getting out of it? Maybe just a chance to be back in the limelight for a bit. Maybe he promised her something more.

What’s she getting out of it? Trump once said at the beginning of his campaign that he would like her in his cabinet. i can’t even imagine what position she would hold.

Except what you cite are things he actually said! And don’t forget that he thought Austrian was a language and referred to “corpse men”.
 
If only for entertainment purposes I hope this race comes down to Trump v. Sanders, who could ask for a starker contrast?

OK…I’ll leave your comment(s) as a mystery.

I was direct regarding Sarah Palin. She was not the best choice for a running mate to John McCain. The fact that she has made numerous pasquinaded remarks during the time she was campaigning and still continues with her foibles is proof that she will not be an asset to Trump. But, I image Trump is just going to say thank you and push her aside.

She’d be a fitting choice for The Donald’s VP.

I agree about the entertainment value aspect and also the stark contrast. However, in one sense, they are similar in that they have both positioned themselves as anti-establishment outsiders and each of them seems to advocate a revolution of sorts.
