The seven priests were celebrating the ordination of a new priest at the bar, which is a favorite of the Catholic Archbishop of Cardiff, when the bouncer politely told them they couldn’t enter, because he suspected they were in costume and going to celebrate a bachelor party (obviously the bar must have had bad experiences with them in the past and so banned bachelor parties, or “stag-dos” as they’re called in Britain). However, the manager realized they were genuine priests, and so invited them in, to which the seven got a standing ovation from the patrons… and a round of drinks on the house
