"Montalban:
Do you agree with them? Do you agree Aisha was nine?
Whether she was nine or fifteen or sixteen or seventeen or eighteen is to be decided by the Muslims after a careful investigation of all the reports related to her age. This age issue is not an article of Islamic faith nor it is in the Kuran - which is the only infallible text in the eyes of all Muslims.
What age was Aisha when the marriage was 'consummated? Simple question. Even an “I don’t know” would suffice

Oh yes rodrigo, name calling increases your credibility too. So much.

You have no credibility left…your antics and angry reactions to being exposed just make you look petty on top of it all.
Your credibility is shot in this thread Pro, ever since you claimed it wasn’t about pre-pubertal girls, when in fact that is in the thread topic.

Is it moral for a grown man to have sex with a pre-pubertal girl, Pro?

Oh yes, and it’s so obvious you need to declare it every chance you get, just in case anyone didn’t notice. (I sure didn’t).

😃

Wow, you really feel threatened this time don’t you? Maybe you’ll lose your readership of one (cestusdei) if you don’t respond with insults and post-mania?
I also read Rodrigo.

Is it moral for a grown man to have sex with a pre-pubertal girl, Pro?

It is good to know that you are not getting paid to “educate” people here otherwise it would be a total waste of their money to give you because your senseless “education” is not at all serving the purpose of your hiring to defend their Chrsitianity through a person who doesn’t even believe in the very existence of God, leave alone other mindless beliefs such Trinity, death of God, circumcision of 8 days old baby God etc. In fact you are wasting the Web wpace of this forum with your mindless posts and making fool of yourself and those who “hired” or invited you here.

lol

Do you really believe that Catholic God died and his foreskin was removed when he was a baby of 8 days old? Are these historical facts?
This is totally off the topic. If you want to discuss these things start a new thread.

Do you believe it is moral for a grown man to have sex with a pre-pubescent girl, JMM159?

Considering that the ruling was that “non-baligh” ie, before puberty, girls could not be slept with (even by their husbands, who generally can’t marry them before that time either), no, it’s not.

This thread is like all of Rodrigo’s: it’s about bashing Islam. And he used a comparison to do it that was silly.

Like I said, I’m not justifying this insulting question with an answer.

Apparently, pro does not know that in Shia, unlike in Sunni Islam, the age of bulugh is fixed at nine regardless of whether the girl has actually menstruated (hayd) or not. You cannot legislate biological development, pro.

In this case, by allowing Shia men to have sex with their baligh wives even though they haven’t yet menstruated it means that the Shia condone pedophilia.

You have totally misunderstood the Shia concept of bulugh.

The reason you won’t answer that question is that you are afraid of directly admitting your prophet was a pedophile.

PS: have you come up with that post where you claimed I said there is uniform laws on marriage in the US?

PPS: what comparison to ‘bash Islam’ are you talking about? Everything I have written is true. And what is true cannot be ‘bashing’ Islam. You are just afraid of the truth emerging about Islam and everyone can see that.

That’s not what Sistani’s fatwa said. So yes, it is about pre-pubertal girls.

What comparison are you referring to?
Like I said, I’m not justifying this insulting question with an answer.
Well, I will answer for me. I am not afraid to.

NO! It is not moral for grown men to have sex with pre-pubescent girls.

Simple as that!

So what do you think, Pro? Do you think it is moral for grown men to have sex with pre-pubescent girls?

Guys! Please stop asking muslims. If the law is there, if the prophet did it, do we need anything else to prove that Islam allow pre-pubescent sex aka what we call it pedophilia?

Good point. I don’t think the Muslims here will provide any straight answers to relatively simple questions.

I will not stop asking the question. The poor girls deserve that it be asked.

straight answers, changing the topic of the discussion…round and round we go…all for a “simple” answer… you would think that they where trying to hide something;)

This thread is hopeless.

It follows a timeless pattern:

Find some way to bash Islam with some fact from a website.

-If anyone denies the claim, it’s “Muslim al taqqiya lying to spread Islam blah blah blah!”

-If anyone points out that the teaching/behavior/rule is not specific to Islam, but is in fact common in the Western tradition, it’s “misdirection, or the common e clampus vitus pocus hocus horsemum sumptumum blatherinimum logical fallacy”

No argument, claim, or answer to any of your questions will be enough, because there’s always some excuse that invalidates any sincere attempt to answer the question.

These threads are not about learning from Muslims, they are about creating a flashpoint for attacking them under the guise of “just spreading the truth.”

Pro do you believe it is moral for a grown man to have sex with a pre-pubescent girl?
I didn’t ask you to stop, Ella. I was simply agreeing with Cyber Knight that the question has already been answered by Islamic sources, then added my own two cents that our resident muslims never answer your question. I don’t see how that says stop asking. By all means, go ahead and ask. It shows their colors everytime they refuse to answer. Here, I’ll even do my part.

Pro, do you believe it is moral for a grown man to have sex with a pre-pubescent girl?

Very true, of course, according to them, we’re just Muslim bashers. Oh, how terrible we’d ask Pro to answer a simple question on whether or not he thinks it is okay to have sex with children. Shame on us.

Your totally correct…a timeless pattern…ask a question to a muslim and do not recieve an answer to that question…get the run around everytime you ask a “simple” question

especially since that was why the thread was started:D

You already have the answers, you just choose not to accept them.

I guess it’s comparable to the way Catholics make excuses whenever someone asks why Jesus’s authorized representatives molest children.

If you hate Muslims, no answer will ever satisfy you, and you’ll see even the most explicit answers as “run around.”

That’s not because they aren’t given, it’s because you won’t accept anything that doesn’t make Islam appear to be evil.
