I believe it is 6 hours
as far as i know, that’s not really an issue, becasue you go back to bed and back to sleep.…11:30 bedtime it is!
What happens if you’re a wake up in the middle of the night to piddle, sort?
I don’t know. I put it on the side under my tongue, towards the back a bit, not in front. It’s hard to describe lol.Alriiight, so. First day of temping and still have questions! is there a particular spot to place the thermometer that’s best?
Well, creation of life is a “miracle”, but to say that God decides which sperm and egg meet and which don’t is going a little too far. It’s saner to think of it as a miracle, than to think that your own child is “an accident” who should never have come into existence - but God is the creator of every human being - if He doesn’t meet the sperm and egg to join them together and ensoul the new life , then nothing happens.![]()
I agree with you except for the last statement. It think it’s always possible for God to choose to intervene and cause pregnancy-- I know babies born despite of the birth control pill, tubal ligation, and vascetomy! Yes, they could have been accidents, but the parents don’t think so!Well, creation of life is a “miracle”, but to say that God decides which sperm and egg meet and which don’t is going a little too far.
This is the same line of thought that produces the idea that someone killed by a drunk driver was somehow part of “God’s plan”. No, someone drank too much and got behind the wheel.
Once again., if God is moving us around a chessboard as part of “His plan”, then there is no free will and the entire underpinning of our faith and understanding of the human condition is wrong.
I’m sorry, but God created the biology to create a human being, and WE exercise our free will by either participating or not participating in being co-creators with God. If you correctly follow the rules of the NFP system you are using you will get an effectiveness somewhere between the use effectiveness rate and 100%. The difference is an imperfect understanding of the biology involved.
It’s doing a disservice to people to tell them that if they follow all of the rules to a ‘t’ that they could still get pregnant because God will intervene.
I’m not saying that God controls which sperm meets which egg, but rather, that, when egg and sperm meet, it is God’s consciously willed action of giving that meeting a soul that causes cell division (and human life) to begin.Well, creation of life is a “miracle”, but to say that God decides which sperm and egg meet and which don’t is going a little too far.
Syri,Good evening everyone! Personal question time?
How stable and regular is the normal change in mucous? I’ve been learning about the different types, and what stages they occur in, but how steadily should these changes occur? Should it be sudden, or is it normal to say, experience dry and sticky mucus, then flush wetly, and have another day of thick discharge?

These are things you need to ask in the privacy of a one-on-one conversation with a qualified NFP instructor. You can get started with an instructor privately - you don’t have to wait for official classes to start.I am, but clases at our parish are only held once every three months, so…I was just trying to learn as much as possible until then![]()
