Please what do you think?.. some people are more important to God than others? …
To God? No. Some people have a bigger role to play in the world, but God loves everyone equally. Please what do you think?.. some people are more important to God than others? …
As it is written, “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.”
Would suggest some research on the meaning of the word “hate” in the original word here.Romans 9:15

From what I understand, a literal translation is “Jacob have I loved, Esau have I loved less.”
Has nothing to do with the import of each person.
Wow, did it actually say that? I can’t believe I missed it (I am not being sarcasting btw) I kind of knew it subconsciously, but didn’t think that was explicitly mentioned, it just goes to show, how much love there wasNoone is more important to God than anyone else. Our importance is shown in the statement that even if one of us had been the only sinner in the world Jesus still would have died on the cross to save us.
It’s not a scripture passage but it is the truth.Wow, did it actually say that? I can’t believe I missed it (I am not being sarcasting btw) I kind of knew it subconsciously, but didn’t think that was explicitly mentioned, it just goes to show, how much love there was
Do you have the specific passage?
IMHO, that statement is a bit off. The only time there was just one sinner in the world was in the time that passed between the moment Eve ate the fruit and when Adam took the bite.Wow, did it actually say that? Bingo, tee!I’m not sure I’d use the word “important”, but another question:
Do you think Jesus loves his mother? In a different way than he loves you or me?
tee
Mary was lucky to have been given the leading role. God loves her more than the average catholic. To God? No. Some people have a bigger role to play in the world, but God loves everyone equally.
Not “lucky”, chosen.Mary was lucky to have been given the leading role.
Not true.God loves her more than the average catholic.
Hmm, if God decides that to be the case, I suppose? I’m not sure anyone will know that unless they are graced with the beatific vision and that is revealled? Please what do you think?.. some people are more important to God than others? …
"I know your works; I know that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either cold or hot.
So, because you are lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth.
Rev 3;15,16
lucky to be chosen. Not “lucky”, chosen.
she is sitting up there being ‘venerated’ as the queen of heaven. There is your god’s favoritism in action. Yahweh is a clear picture of humanity. he’s got favorites just like everybody else. Not true.
