I will look at the evidence of credible witnesses. Not justify a reality based upon some one person’s statement. Or two.
And this is why! Because even if you guess someone’s motivation, I the end Trump’s motivations and actions are evaluated separately and on their own merits. AND THATS THE SECRET to what is right.
You can have people that hate a a president.
At the same time a president can do something wrong.
And the hating people will never make what was done wrong, right

What fallacy? I qualify as a legal expert. That’s just a fact. I qualify under the Rule of Evidence by education and experience. Those witnesses did not.
The " evil" in this case has to do with soliciting and emphasizing whatever the answered was to ," was a crime committed?" Then trying to sell it to the American people as meaningful.

I’m really not affected by your view of my credibility.
You may, in general be a very credible person. Your charge of a three-year coup is has no substance to it, and is, from your response, apparently indefensible.
The whistleblowers text saying the coup has begun
You are misinformed about this. In any case, the musing of a few does nto constitute a coup. Neither doers impeachment.

This whole “three year coup” thing is getting old.

Donald Trump has been Donald Trump for the last three years, acting like Donald Trump. You know, the guy who stiffs contractors, pays off porn stars, brags about assaulting women, operated multiple brands that went bankrupt, operated a fraudulent “University”, illegally used a charitable foundation for his own benefit, installed his children in government positions.

It’s not like he’s a saint and the anti-Trump people are making things up.

I think Ciaramella’s lawyer spelled it out. I think Schumer’s call to action speaks volumes. I think we’ll find out much more coming soon.

Calling on the intel community to get back at Trump “six ways from Sunday”
What fake news outlet framed the story for you that way?
You deny he said this?

How condescending! These aren’t musings and thank you for proving my point re those who refuse to see the facts of reality .
Time to bring out the dead horse again !

mus·ing

/ˈmyo͞oziNG/

noun
  1. a period of reflection or thought.
Yes, seem like musings to me.

How condescending!
What on earth do you find condescending?
I think that it was important to point out that you statement about the whistle blower was untrue.

I am open to correction on the point of musings.
Do you have any evidence for any plotting of a " a sudden, violent, and illegal seizure of power from a government." Has there been any plans by anyone for, for example, any seizure of power whatsoever?

He did say the quoted expression.
There is no way, however, that the passage that included that phrase can reasonably be taken as a call to action. No way.
Really? Why? Trump mentioned Biden’s name in a phone conversation and we’re facing a full impeachment trial, even though there’s no evidence of a quid pro quo. Odd, isn’t it, that Comey is part of the intel community, so was Strzok, and now Ciaramella. What a coincidence.

They all have one thing in common. The Trump file ended up on their desk, and the president had the full power of the executive branch declare war on them
