Still no Pope

The connection is, St. Francis likes animals. A seagul is an animal. But perhaps its a sign that my Archbishop (Tom Collins) is going to be Pope because seagulls are also associated with Toronto. Just ask Dave Winfield:

I’d be surprised if God gave us a hint. I was just praying that the seagull would leave before he left a gift on the smoke stack lid.

I love the way the media spins this - that because there have been three ballots and no Pope selected, it confirms that the Church is deeply divided.

Frankly, the way the Holy Spirit works, I would have been shocked if we had a new Pope already.

I hope the seagull isn’t a sign that a Franciscan Cardinal is going to get the nod. If he is okay with Ted Kennedy getting a Public Catholic Funeral then I wonder how he will govern the church in matters related to abortion.
