One should hope that he has repented from any adultery which he has engaged in. Part of the problem is that he has made it clear that he is not ashamed of committing adultery and does not appear to be repentant in anyway. Our acquiescence towards such behavior certainly is not going to help him repent.
 
It is between him and God. We do better to look after our own (unless if we do not have one).
 
Admonishing the sinner is a spiritual work of mercy. There is no charity in confirming someone’s sinfulness. That is the problem with the church of nice, let’s not talk about Donald’s adultery because it is not “nice”, so he goes on committing adultery. Perhaps if we were more vocal about sin, our society would be in better shape.
 
How so? You are not even talking to him but bad-mouthing him in an online forum. It’s better to look after your own sin unless you are so perfect yourself. Even then, who are you to say that?

What irony! Gossiping and maligning a person about his private life/sin is not a sin? We are no difference than those people. I don’t think this is what the Catechism / Church teaches.
