For primary school students in the Australian state of Victoria, the humanist indoctrination of state courses is no longer a subtle matter.
“Victorian state primary school students will soon be able to take religious education classes which teach there is no evidence God exists,” the Australian Associated Press report begins. The new course, developed by the Humanist Society of Victoria, is designed to counter religious instruction courses, both of which students can opt out of through parent intervention.
The courses will be taught by “accredited volunteers” who will presumably proclaim the humanist doctrine that says ethics have “no necessary connection with religion.”

But God forbid we teach Intelligent Design or Creationism to prove there is a God in Religious classes… Link and text originally found from here:

Any god that could be proven would by definition be a false idol, according to a Christians believe in God. Proving the being upon which all of existence is contingent upon is an impossible task. It is like assuming a stickman on an two-dimensional page of paper
would have the wherewithal to prove a third and a fourth dimension.
Science can reduce all of the universe into a singularity of the beginning of space and time. Anything beyond is by definition outside of the realm of scientific method.Science too is finite and can tell us no more, though a such a singularity begs the questions of from whence and why and how from the void of a singularity the world became. Answers to the great mystery of why the singularity are outside of the realm of science and measurement. The scientific method is ill-defined at defining a world that is as measureless as the singularity.
Like on the question fo values, science can say nothing.
So in the end, if we are driven to the humble realization that we are a mystery to ourselves, that a finite understanding can never measure the infinite, why not then, instead of mystery, we celebrate Mystery? Pragmatically speaking, to choose to trust in the Mystery, to valuate the mystery, to celebrate and praise the mystery of our source and our end-this is the better choice, the sounder choice even.
And the thing is, all ethics are ultimately derived from such a valuation.God is the fundamental grounds upon which an absolute worth to our humanity can be based. A humanism without a good God as a purposeful creator in the end is built on a foundation of sand. To value our humanity becomes a question of opinion, relative to the shifting norms of society, and not a bedrock belief that can only come from a belief that we were created in the image of goodness.
