It’s a matter of appreciating the truth in others beliefs without giving up our own beliefs.
So for instance we can love all humanity and still be an Americsn and love America and live by American laws but it will mean we care for all humanity not just our nation.
So if we are all united then we can solve many of the world’s problems together.
If we all united we could end the Syrian war and end world povert and so many other things.
But if we see each other as enemies and don’t come together these problems grow worse.
For instance if I meet a Muslim and I respect his faith and he respects mine we can become friends true?
But if I go onto websites and say Muhammad was a paedophile and terrorist how am I making a Muslim feel? That is what people do.
If we can just respect others and not say those things and speak good of each other we can change the world.
That’s what this is all about to create a LOVING. world full of GOODWILL.
No one is to be condemned not Catholics or Buddhists or aetheists we are all humanity. We can share our understandings but killing and hating is defeating their purpose.

It speaks to the alienation of believers from their families in the ancient world. Most families didn’t take it too kindly when a family member converted to a foreign religion… this still happens in the islamic world. When a person really becomes a follower of Jesus, it is surprising how even members of a persons family can be in opposition to that . and Jesus knew that would happen .
Put its funny how soon you forget about the peaceful messages Jesus spoke of …such as in Matthew 26:52 Jesus then said, 'Put your sword back, for all who draw the sword will die by the sword.
