The Plan of Salvation includes those outside the Catholic Church Jimmy.

This is a foundational teaching of the Catholic Church. No baptism required therefore by the Church.

How can it be muhammad when it was Christ that died on the cross
Matthew 27:50-53
50 “But Jesus, again crying out in a loud voice, yielded up his spirit.”

51 “And suddenly, the veil of the Sanctuary was torn in two from top to bottom, the earth quaked, the rocks were split,”

52 “the tombs opened and the bodies of many holy people rose from the dead,”

53 “and these, after his resurrection, came out of the tombs, entered the holy city and appeared to a number of people.”

Because the Word is made flesh from Age to Age. Christianity is defined by an Age, a period in history. Each Age a new civilisation, a new heaven and a new earth is created. Jesus was the new Adam for His Age.

So the word of God as to be replenished and revised by new “prophets” through the ages?

Hebrews 1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the world…

The Covenant of God no less. Otherwise IMHO no need for a First and a Last, a Beginning and End!

The Koran contains this as well
