Thinking of you as always, Moe.

I saw this today and read it and thought it might help you? I dont know, but please dont be offended if it doesnt? Its an article about grief and loss and how people cope, etc. and how its not how we usually think it “should” be. I thought of you immediately.

With love and my prayers…

Dearest Moe,
Just stopping by to say hi! have not really been on in a while, but neverthe less you are still always on my mind. I can only begin to image how difficult Christmas will be for you, Greg and Amanda. I truly am sorry that you have to carry so much pain, I pray constantly that God will lift it even just a little bit for all of you. It is so very easy for me to say, He does hear and he knows your pain, because I am not the one living it . He does love you all very much and he is with you. I will continue to pray to Our Blessed Mother to watch over you.

Praying for you Moe, the move took me away from the Internet for a few weeks but I have been thinking about you and praying for you as Thanksgiving pasted and Advent started.

We got through them my friend … barely - but we did — the prayers are our life preserver!!!

On this Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception my you find peace that your wonderful daughter is in the loving embrace of Mary.

**I pray for peace - I think my pain is still too great. It will be 1 year in 3 months — I can’t even tell you how unbelievable that is … even during this pain - the time just flies by

Peace to you Mary - and you will never know what your prayers and reaching out has done.

Love Moe**

Peace,
Mary

Dreading it … so much - but we will be going to Mid-Night Mass which I pray will be as magical as remember it. We stopped going and did the vigil because of the girls and getting home in time for Santa 😦

**Yes, please continue. I know he loves us — just don’t understand why he has to love us so much to have taken KK from our very arms. But I accept it … I have no choice … it is just so difficult … so painful.

Hope all is peaceful for you my friend! Love Moe**

Not much this year (financial woes) but our daughter is not yet 2, so she won’t notice. :o I’m trying to remember that no matter what else I’m feeling, if I focus on the gift of our Lord’s birth, I can find joy. May our Lord Jesus give you His Joy and Peace during this joyous, yet difficult, time. :hug1:

Hi Moe,

I am so glad that Amanda had a great B-day.

We will be thinking/praying for all of you on the 20th.

Peace,
Mary

Dearest Moe,

Offering up my severe headache pain for you today. I’ve been in bed all day. I hope this helps just a tiny bit.

much love!

Moe,

I would like to tell you my story. I spent my entire adult life as an atheist. But on a fateful day in 2003, that changed. I stopped at an automobile accident to offer first aid. A young woman, the eldest daughter of a wonderful family died right there in my arms.

That family’s loss was the catalyst of a series rather harrowing experiences over the next two weeks which brought me directly into the Catholic Church.

It was more than two years before that family knew the impact their daughter’s loss had on me, a stranger to them.

We can never know what part we will play in the economy of God’s plan. But I am here because of their loss. I pray for their daughter and her family every day.

May God grant you comfort, consolation and peace.

Moe,

The love that radiates through your posts has been an inspiration to me.

A very good friend of ours lost his son in a motorcycle accident some years ago, and it is the witness from people who suffer so much (like you and he) that is so strong for the rest of us (we, who complain about little things because of our weak faith).

Family is one of the greatest gifts God has given us, and sometimes my heart is torn in two in confusion trying to understand why God allows these things to happen. But then I see the heroic triumph of a mother persevering in faith, trusting in God, and shining the light of Christ to all as a result of her actions, God’s words again ring true:
For which thing thrice** I besought the Lord, that it might depart from me**. 9 And he said to me: My grace is sufficient for thee; for power is made perfect in infirmity. Gladly therefore will I glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may dwell in me.
May God’s hand protect you and your family this Christmas,

In Jesus Christ,

**That is beautiful Belle10 … We are not celebrating … I ache for the smell of a Christmas Pine … but it is too hard for Greg and Amanda.

I will go in the attic myself and get the Creche … and our Christmas Dinner Table will be all in celebration our our King.

God Peace to you and thank you so much for reaching out and praying for us … WE NEED THEM!!!**
