Before anyone else brings up Anti-Islamic statements, suicide is a grave sin in Islam. In the Hadith (book of Sahih Bukhari) people who commit suicide are said to be in Hell, tortured with the very thing they took their own life with.
This just shows extremism is extremism and nothing more. If any disagrees just look at the numbers of times people died in history by the hands of Christian extremism (crusades, inquisition, native americans etc.)

How utterly relativistic. I wonder just which “ethnic” or “religious” group might be responsible for these murders, hmmm? Not a single mention of radical Islam - which actually committed these murders. No quotation from the Islamic terrorist leader who claims the right to attack Christians, and who announced that more is coming.
Radical Islam has no greater friend than the media.

So, why are they suicide bombers in Nigeria, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Chechenya, Iraq, Afganistan, Palestine, England, USA, in short, everywhere? Is just extremists?
Nigeria is Africa !. Nowhere else BUT with Islam there are suicide bombers.

Its not the same. There are no Muslim majority countries other than Turkey (very Westernized) that are stable democracies. Well, your history is distorted.
Well. first there was Christianism. Then, came Islam with its violence. It conquered the North of Africa and killed and raped thousands of Christians. Do you are against the Crusades who fought against them?
Then, it crossed the straight commanded by Gibralter and conquered almost all Spain and Portugal. It was not conversion, it was rape of nuns, killing of Christians. Are you in favor of them?
Then, they entered France and were stopped by the Christian Charles Martel in Tours avoiding that they conquered the whole Europe. Is this a Religion or a Hate Cult? Did you want the whole Europe Muslim?
Then the valliant Crusades Like D. Afonso Henriques in Portugal, aided by the English crusaders retook most of the territory and the Crusaders Catholic Kings on theSpanish Side retook the kingdom of Granada, ending the Muslim attrocious possession of the Peninsula. On which side are you?
Then, they tried to conquer Wien, on the East for they could not conquer in the West.Conquer, not convert. They were stopped by the valliant Christian Kings who gave their lives for Christ, and were not at the PCs defending the Muslims.
Now, they Conquered Turkey that was Christian and killed and raped.
Now, how come the North of Africa was Crhistian and now is Muslim? How come the Holy Land had no Muslims and now it has plenty of them? Was it by conversion or by killing? Why does the Muslim may build a Mosque in the USA and the Chirstians cannot build a church in Saudi Arabia?
Stop. Better know a little bit more of History before being against the Crusaders. They made mistakes? Yes. By is a christian pointing the crimes of the Crusaders and not saying a word about the raping of nuns in Spain?

Many Christians in Nigeria are not innocent bystanders and the violence between Christians and Muslims in Africa goes both ways. Its an unfortunate situation that has existed for decades and its far more complex than you seem to think it is.

How incredibly sad. I want to believe that most Muslims are peaceful but the actions of these extremists seem to tell another story. Either that or the actions of these terrorists are coloring my view of Muslims in such a way as to make them appear to not be as peaceful as they claim to be. That and the fact that Shariah Law is an integral part of Islam really makes me rather suspicious of Islam. Let us pray for the conversion of all Muslims.

The violence between Christians and Muslims in Nigeria started because of colonialism. During colonialism, a divide and conquer strategy by the British of imposing indirect rule caused Christian missionaries to be prohibited from the North and caused Islamic missionaries to be prohibited from the South. The Islamic places grew undeveloped and with Koranic instruction. The Christian places incorporated Western education. After colonialism, development/education was extremely uneven.
While the Christians aren’t innocent bystanders, I’d like some proof that Christians do any sort of anti-Muslim violence. The political violence, i.e. civil war, is different from pure religious violence and is related to the existence of oil and the disparity in economic development.

And my point that if you do shoot me you shouldn’t criticize other people who shoot people. Just like if you’re part of a religion that had it’s share of extremism, you shouldn’t blame another religion with the same problem.
