Perhaps - however Judicial Activism is indeed how the left inflicts their agenda on the majority.

And if the right wing justices get their way in decisions, that’s not judicial activism as well? Depends on whose ox is gored, it seems to me.

Depends. There was a line in a movie where a suspect in some case praised his attorney, “Next to him, the ACLU are Nazis.” 😉

Wm. F. Buckley, Jr.'s show, Firing Line and his two-hour debates were labeled “conservative” although liberals got 50% of the time to make their case about the issue of the day. The website you criticized with your ad hominem has a debate between a liberal and a conservative heritage.org/events/2010/07/judicial-activism, yet you label it “right-wing”. Like the Buckley shows, how can it be “right-wing” if both sides get to state their points?

:confused: Did I criticize Buckley’s show with an ad hominem attack on him? Show me where. To the best of my recollection, I’ve never mentioned William Buckley in any of the thousands of posts I’ve put on the Forum. :confused: :confused:
