is it wrong for a man to take his shirt off at a public pool? is this providing occassions of sin for women?
judging by most of the old guys at our pool, not in the leastis it wrong for a man to take his shirt off at a public pool? is this providing occassions of sin for women?
haha. its nice to see a woman’s point of view because I, as a male, have no idea what parts of my body would potentially be sexual sites for women. Not for me. And not most men, unless it would be an occasion of a sin of uncharity when we ladies comment on how out-of-shape they are.
Seriously, in American culture at least, a man’s bare chest is not a sexual sight or an occasion of sin. Don’t take things to extremes.

It would probably be a violation of public health regulations if either a man or woman tried to swim in a public pool wearing street clothes.is it wrong for a man to take his shirt off at a public pool? is this providing occassions of sin for women?
well then the question would be if it was wrong to go to a public poolIt would probably be a violation of public health regulations if either a man or woman tried to swim in a public pool wearing street clothes.
No.well then the question would be if it was wrong to go to a public pool
If you are going to swim, no. If you are going solely to ogle the opposite sex, yes.well then the question would be if it was wrong to go to a public pool
Have you seen most men lately?is it wrong for a man to take his shirt off at a public pool? is this providing occassions of sin for women?
I would be concerned with insulin resistance if you have visceral fat.Have you seen most men lately?
My only concern is scaring small children with my “white whale” or “manatee-man” appearance.
But if some dude’s buff, he ain’t gonna cover it up by wearing a shirt, or wearing a wet shirt!
I would think that it would be uncomfortable, but why would it be a health issue? If I want to jump in the pool with shorts and a t-shirt, is that unsanitary? It would probably be a violation of public health regulations if either a man or woman tried to swim in a public pool wearing street clothes.
The heavy, wet clothes might drag a swimmer under and cause drowning?I would think that it would be uncomfortable, but why would it be a health issue? If I want to jump in the pool with shorts and a t-shirt, is that unsanitary?
I am curious, not argueing.![]()
I don’t know? The heavy, wet clothes might drag a swimmer under and cause drowning?

I don’t know if it’s a health-dept. regulation or what, but I don’t think I have ever seen a public pool that didn’t have this rule, even in a semi-private area such as my condo complex. Someone once told me that it is because people will leave things in their pockets such as used handkerchiefs which harbor nasty germs (eeeuww!), or stuff like Kleenex which can fall apart and clog the filters. I don’t know why they wouldn’t allow t-shirts, though.I would think that it would be uncomfortable, but why would it be a health issue? If I want to jump in the pool with shorts and a t-shirt, is that unsanitary?
