What I have heard is that a small group of leftist homosexual folks (10-20) wrote a letter asking the GOP to leave social issues out of topics. (Source??) Then I read that a larger group of Conservative Tea Party members wrote a letter saying they are asking for no such thing.
As you can see, the media quickly picked up the first bit of news, spread it around, caused consternation to already confused individuals, but then the second larger grou (about 100) tried to stomp out the fire created.
Now, it seems to me as none of the Tea Party Acitivist groups have a “National” leader, President, or are one organization, neither of the above groups have a saucer to stand on. Although I would prefer that the second group have some leverage with Congress, but they don’t, other than the leverage any US citizen would have in writing to Congress.
As usual our wonderful media have over exposed “nothing”.
