How could you say that? There’s nothing funny whatsoever going on here. This is important information and some people here have :rolleyes: religious infidels to pummel.

(Not me, of course. Well, except maybe for new agers and Mormons.
and maybe Catholics. 😃 But I haven’t pummelled anyone yet.)
 
I am so disappointed with this thread. Can we please stay on the topic of tearing each other apart and save the nicey-nice stuff for all the other threads that we talk to each other in? 😉

BACON, EGGS, BENEDICTUS??? Have you no Shame!!! Not only willingly indulging in this lust for said hearty breakfast but after fully satisfying your appetite you would come back to brag??? Is this a serial thing too?

I hear Catholics like you who commit breakfast may end up with a lot of mass.

Still loving the tone of this thread and especially the sillyness that continues. Call me a hopeless romantic, but I’m still one that points out the good within the different belief systems, there is much we can teach each other, such as with the LDS, their community spirit with their members that pull their resources together, just like in the barn raising days is something that’s quite desirable, the baptist’s have the best buffet and still stand out with me in their bible study programs, the Lutherans system of worship remaining closer to their original roots and my church in regards to how they conduct services, heck, they even were the denomination that took over our old church when we built a new one for our local Parish, and yeah, even going to mention the JW, we should take more time out ourselves and visit the local community at their residences to invite them over to our churches in person, that takes guts.,

I still believe there can be some unity these days, regardless of the differences, if we just focus on what we agree with and leave the rest to God, we can do so much together for the good.

Roman Catholic, I notice that you have listed under religion Katholikos. This sounds suspiciously Greek to me, and therefore Greek Orthodox and not Catholic. As we all know, Orthodox are all hell-bound schismatics that don’t cross themselves properly.

“Pummel” is spelled with 1 L, not 2. Past tense is spelled with 2 L’s. For spelling errors, you’re going to go straight to…oh, you know, that place with the fire and brimstone…

I had a thought…just so we’d understand each other better, we could bash OUR OWN religions for awhile instead of everyone else’s…humorously, of course…
