Hi guys and gals here’s an update:
I emailed that church I referred again. Turns out they thought my original email was thought to be spam which is why I received no reply. The lady was nice and everything, very polite and kind.

But in her second reply (I emailed again afterward and asked for some more details on certain things), she implied that I could participate in Life Nights after the Youth Mass unless I registered with the parish. Now I don’t have a problem with that, if that’s their policy then that’s their policy, but I am still rather embarrassed to say that I am actually a non Catholic who wants to convert in the future. IDK I feel like she would look down on me or something or I think I am dumb for wanting to. I know it is stupid thought but it is something that often plagues my mind. I think one of my biggest reasons for not saying anything yet is not because of what non-Catholics might say, but because of what Catholics might say. So could some of you pray for me to have the courage and strength to conquer my embarrassment. And for you other teenage converts could you tell me how you dealt with this issue? I mean did you have a problem with being extremely nervous to tell those at a parish you wanted to convert. And how did they take it? Were they relatively welcoming or are my fears justified in any way?
