There are more than I can count.

@ProVobis
@FrDavid96
@Don_Ruggero
@SuperLuigi
@Rau
@Ridgerunner
@BlackFriar
@exnihilo

…and more than I can mention. The “like” option makes this easier. In general though, I do appreciate the all who share the light of Christ with their words here, especially those with whom I have learned from. Usually these are not the same people I agree with. There is more to be gained from those who thing differently than those who think alike.

Add on due to recent posting:

This is a wonderful thread!

Thank you

@Pollylodges
@SuperLuigi
@Katherine438
@Trishie - charitable in her posts
@Ridgerunner
@7_Sorrows
@(name removed by moderator)
@JamalChristophr

I have missed out on some, trying to recall.

Thanks to all the common sense conservatives who join me in world news for the jolt of reality. There are too many to list, but you know who you are.

Another one. Thanks to @MonteRCMS. It’s nice to know about his personal experiences with prayer, etc.

I could never list all of the exemplary posters; however, I would like to thank the following members for their contributions to CAF: 🏆

@Greenfields @JamalChristophr @Tis_Bearself @StephieNorthCo @Entwhistler @Irishmom2 @TK421 @pianistclare @Maximilian75 @RandomAlias

And to anyone who I have vehemently disagreed with, don’t worry, I still Love You 😏

@acanonlawyer and @don_ruggero both have a lot of expertise and teach us all a lot. @oralabora is an expert on the Divine Office and a great example of a Benedictine Oblate.
Seconded. I learn a lot from all these posters. I especially like when Don Ruggero brings us the European view.

Edited to add, I also learn much about the various orders from @Cloisters .

Also, @trishie is always so kind. An example for others.

And a shoutout for all the prayer warriors in the Prayer Intentions forum as well. Also an example that I would like to live up to.

There are many more that I would mention but I’m sure I would always manage to leave someone out inadvertently so I will just say “you know who you are” 😉

@Xantippe and @Tis_Bearself. You ladies impart so much wisdom and warmth: I kinda think of you as the “moms” of CAF.

Also, @Lea101. You’ve always struck me as the kind of person I’d like to be friends with.

For showing on the World News subforum that indeed one can be Catholic or Christian and not be in the pocket of Donald J Trump or the Republican Party.
Thank you. I must mention you, @Sy_Noe for the same reason. Your ability to think independently in the face of much criticism is greatly admired here. I do not mind being in the minority, especially when that minority includes you.

I also have to thank @cruciferi for his humor and ability to lighten things up when the going gets too rough. You are a breath of fresh air here. And I love your food choices!

I also have to thank @Milt for just being Milt! (And thanks for playing word games with me.)

Would also like to add:

@DarkLight You have great insight, and reading about your experiences has helped me out a lot.

@BoomBoomMancini You have the best sense of humor.

@ChunkMonk Dude, I love Rihanna too. We could totally be friends 😄

@Cruciferi Your posts have coaxed a lot of smiles out of me. Thanks.

Wow. Thanks for the great thread, Alex. So often we get caught up in the day to day activities, that we forget the many folk here that make CAF what it is.

Thank you all.

Thank you, Catholic Answers, for providing this resource.

Thank you, Alex, for reminding us.

And above all, thank you Lord.

Thank you to all who participate in this forum and make it a fine place to come and pray and talk about spiritual matters.

Thank you @Tis_Bearself and @Fin.
You’re a great gift to the forum, ‘Tis_Bearself,
and @Fin you’re a dear, wise, and faithful member.

I hadn’t posted on this thread because my mind has been jostling with thoughts of so many members whom I admire and respect, even if I’ve not made a personal connection, including those who particularly warm my heart, so found it hard to make a list.

We value members for different but valuable reasons, so it’s really hard to choose even though there are some who jump first into the mind, but how can I leave anybody out when there are so many, who one way or another, deserve recognition (even some who rarely post but contribute greatly when they do).
There are those who bring lightness and catch us sometimes in a spontaneous laugh.
Those who can be trusted to give wise and balanced advice. Those who offer spiritual insights,
Those whose intellects drag us into clearer understanding of issues.
And even all those who sometimes reach out in trust for our support, opening their hearts and lives in hope of our prayer, our understanding, our advice.
Those who share their experiences in hope of encouraging others.

Sometimes even those who visit briefly can inspire us…so while I could list the ones who mean most to me personally, I can’t do justice to everyone who makes this forum a place to come back to after those periods when fatigue overcomes me for a time.
