PLOT-KAAAAII !!!Also, it has taken almost 200 Bleach Chapters to get Ichigo into sword’s length distance from Aizen…woo…and now for something completely illogical to happen.

I’ve been following the manga; the anime however, not as much. It’s part of my shounen fix, although I have to admit that the story is not that extraordinary for me. Still, it’s fun to read and it gives me a sense of nostalgia whenever I see Plue and remember the days I was watching Rave.Hey anybody here read Fairy Tail?![]()
They’re also taking their sweet time releasing the next chapter of the manga…There is no end in sight for the filler Bleach anime.
Repent now.
Yeah the story is pretty generic (and I find Natsu himself to be pretty annoying). Still, I like Erza as far as her ability to equip entire sets of armor and weapons instantaneously goes. I’m not screaming. There’s nothing wrong with the classics.Hi there
Can an old fart interrupt here?
I don’t care to much for the Japanese Animation of today and the whole anime/ manga/ cosplay culture mystifies me. That said, back in my day (OH NOthey scream – not a back when I was kid we had to walk up hill 15 miles both ways in snow to school in July story) … excuse me … back in my day … the Japanese animation that I was exposed to consisted solely of Kimba the White Lion. Just he other day, I was extolling the virtues of Kimba to my wife. So here we are , each roughly at 50 years of age, sitting on the bed pulling up videos of Kimba from Youtube on our Tivo. And I’m sitting there crying.
See – Kimba was someone that I as a Catholic school kid in the 1960s could relate to. He was good and pure of heart. He stood for what was right. He practised all those virtues that the sister taught me in school. He was everything that I wanted to be.
I couldn’t, and still can’t, relate to Superman or Spiderman or Batman or any other cartoon hero … but Kimba rocks my world!
God bless
Tony
Besides, Kimba was totally kawaii.I’m not screaming. There’s nothing wrong with the classics.![]()

Agreed.Besides, Kimba was totally kawaii.
And don’t forget Astro Boy, Gigantor and the REAL Speed Racer.![]()
Of course—but I still like the dub theme, and I have the boxed set—which comes packed in some tire-tread looking thing.Agreed.
Mach Go Go Go! lol Beats the American dub which got slammed so much, but for good reason.
Yeah, the dub theme is pretty good.Of course—but I still like the dub theme, and I have the boxed set—which comes packed in some tire-tread looking thing.![]()
Looks almost like a Bleach/Naruto type style. Interesting concepts for characters. I’m sure you’d have fun drawing a story out of that. It’d give you good practice, too. Keep at it.Dang. No one interested in my picture? Tough crowd![]()
Which ones have you seen?I don’t care to much for the Japanese Animation of today
There are parts of the whole “culture” that I don’t really care for either, but then again I am only a very casual anime fan and don’t consider myself at all to be anything close to a full-blown otaku.and the whole anime/ manga/ cosplay culture mystifies me
