The problem with this whole Ukraine affair, as it would be with an investigation, is that there can be no just investigation under duress. Paying someone to investigate someone for you, where the payment is dependent on the investigation will assure a useless and partial investigation. This happens every time politicians tell their betters what they want investigated.
 
So, the impeachment process used by the Republicans against Bill Clinton was wrong?
