The end of the world will be on January 5, 2762. Don’t sweat it. We have plenty of time yet.

Hope, Jesus tasked St Faustina with preparing us for the final days. This was in 1935. It’s now almost 100 years later. I wouldnt worry too much about anything except the message of Divine Mercy.

Ok, so to be clear nobody but God knows when the end of the world will be and it could even be a really long time from now, right?
Exactly. It took God the entire span of the Old Testament to prepare people for the Incarnation. And that was over 2000 years ago now. Jesus walked among us as man, 2000 years ago.

Perspective is everything.

It is a private revelation, and we do not have to believe in it. Public Revelation ended with the death of St. John the Apostle, and we aren’t required to believe in any private revelation.

Oh, they just took it down. It was scaring too many people. 🙂

I would never do such a thing. Ospreys are some of the most upstanding raptors on the planet.

Right, but we must be prepared. Remember the story of the virgins and their oil lamps? Keep your soul prepared in a state of grace

I think maybe it’s normal to feel a little detached from the world when one has a spiritual experience of any sort. I know that at times when I’ve been very focused on something like a visit to a shrine, I have not been really interested for a few days in worldly stuff because it seems pointless.

Edited because the poster wished to delete his original message point.

Just so long as it could still be a looooong time from now.

I mean, there is nothing St. Faustina said that would indicate the end of the world is imminent, is there? It could still be a loooooong time from now?

Thanks Tis_Bearself. I decided this was or is a personal “spiritual experience” I have encountered during this week. I do not want to leave or lose the Blessings. But I also realise sometime things maybe just a passing thing. But I will leave it with God and myself at that. I decided to delete my original message/post. Thank You for “like” GBU.
