Yes, my friends, the day has come. That dreadful day that we fought valiantly to postpone. Unfortunately, 2020 has ushered in an age of deepest darkness. Soon CAF will be no more. Shall we be scattered like chaff before the wind? I do not know what will become of us; nevertheless, it’s been a pleasure to post beside you.

It seems to me that one of all those doomsday prophecies we had this year is fulfilled!

Yes it has. I realize they’ll cite a lack of funding but some of their policies drove away dozens of solid posters. They were given options to reign in the current issues and chose this path instead.
 
Great. Now I need to copy every single image that was posted on “Catholic Memes II” and “Life is too short. Post a cartoon! (Please)”

Just remember, everyone, to set aside one gallon of water per person per day. This will be for drinking and cooking; extra if you want to wash up. Don’t forget to set some aside for your pets. Now would be a good time to get the book “Eat, Fast, Feast” and start putting it into practice, to stretch out your food stores. Don’t forget to get some canned fruit, dried fruit, and SALT. Get a rechargeable or solar chargeable light (like those ones they sell to light your walkway at night) – a few of those should let you read at night. Don’t forget to get extra bibles and rosaries to pass around to your neighbors who don’t have any idea of what’s going on.

And go easy on stocking up on things like Pop-Tarts. Next thing you know your friends and neighbors will find you in the back of your basement, weeping and wailing uncontrollably, because you’re crashing after having gone through a months supply of those things in two days. Instead, get a bunch of snack packs of M&Ms and cartons of cigarettes – things you can use as currency.

Though I will miss posting there is definitely a feeling of relief from a liability perspective with minors and sexual issues on this site. CA is correct that’s it’s money should go to different things.

I really wish I had archived the Prepper thread. Don’t know why I didn’t think of it.
 
I am so frustrated I am ready to throw my keyboard against the wall!

I joined a Discord channel for an artist I enjoyed about a year or so ago. Stopped using it for reasons. So when I got the invite to the CAF Refugees “thingy”, I clicked the link and tried to get in. Now I’ve got my username and passwords synchronized, but it automagically drops me into that old artist’s channel, and I can’t seem to get back to CAF! What is the correct channel or server for CAF Refugee?
 
As somebody who is new here, can you explain what you mean? I think it all seems pretty decent to be honest.
