Apparently everyone at work wants my fruit candy recipe.
I literally just dumped sugar and honey into a pot of water til it looked right, added chopped fruit, and boiled it for an hour. I didn’t even measure because I ran out of sugar.

Sort of, yeah. I did it once by accident, although I knew the basic principle - I had some old oranges and I kind of threw things into a pot. Next time was sort of planned, but I ran out of sugar so I threw some honey in instead and just kind of went with it.

That’s the one thing I can make that turns out well. I love making different varieties. Sometimes I swap out the marshmallow fluff for circus peanuts and use vanilla chips instead of chocolate chip for circus peanut fudge. 
I also like using the candy cane Hershey kisses in place of the chocolate chips for peppermint fudge. Good stuff. It’s my go-to dessert for potlucks.

Next time I’m in Fallbrook, I’ll have to snap a picture of the Avocado Fudge place. Comes in about 30 different flavors, each one absolutely delicious. The avocado oils make the fudge extraordinarily creamy and smooth. (No it doesn’t taste like avocado).
