Edited to add, let me know what type of pan you will be using for your pound cake, as I would like to know which way it turns out better–if it matters…

I have loaf pans and a Bundt pan, and I’m wondering if the loaf pans or the Bundt pan would work better?

I don’t have a tube pan but would like to get one, so that I can use it for Angel Food cake and other types of cakes, too.

I don’t own a bundt pan, wish I did. I keep meaning to get one, or hint to my daughters that I need one, LOL
FWIW, the woman who bakes these for the parish office always uses the regular loaf pans.
She made 350 of the small ones for each guest at her daughter’s wedding last summer!
We called it the wedding of the century!!! 🤣
 
A cookie table looks a grand thing 🙂

Sometimes I make a savoury pinwheel,a sheet of puff pastry,on top meat sauce as for spaghetti,some baby spinach leaves and grated Parmesan sprinkled on top …then roll it up and bake .Sliced into pinwheels while warm.

I’ll use my loaf pans too, then when I try this recipe.

She must be quite an amazing baker if she could make that many small loaves for her daughter’s wedding. I bet they were a hit at the wedding! 🙂
 
They were, and her mother and she baked for three weeks.
There were so cute, wish I had a picture. She gave me a large one for Christmas.
I know I keep going on about it but they are wonderful. Creamy, but with a crunchy crackle top.

Indeed. I have a miniature bovine or “House Cow”. Very needy little things 😒
 
But since is black and white, you can get both regular and chocolate milk.
 
The hubs used to have a cowlick.
But now he can kiss like everybody else.
