Not like Jelly Beans? How about Jelly Babies? The 4th Doctor’s fav treat.

The best jelly beans in the world are the Starburst ones. Amazing flavor and not hard as a brick.

I’ve never had Jelly Babies or Starburst. Might try some since they are not so hard. I don’t like things so hard they can chip teeth! Expensive!

The Starburst ones are sold year round. I kept them on hand for my children’s choir

I’ll have to give those a try.

I don’t think that I’ve had those, but I’ve seen them at the stores when the Easter candies are out.

I like the regular old-fashioned kind of jelly beans, that I think are just called pectin jelly beans? You know the kind that the candy brand Brach makes? Those are good.

The black ones @Sarcelle, are usually licorice-flavored by any candy company when I’ve had them, including Jelly Belly.

Jelly Belly also makes a Java/Coffee-flavored jelly bean. Oooh, that one packs a bit of a coffee-flavored kick to me. I’m not used to tasting anything with coffee in it, as I don’t drink it.

It’s a brown-colored jelly bean, and if I recall correctly, it has little colored specks in it. 🙂

Someone went and mentioned Krispy Kreme.
And it’s Sunday, the "traditional " time for donuts.
Now you’ve done it!

It’s blue corn red chile enchiladas, with a side of posole and a fried egg on top.
A delicious dish from New Mexico. They make their enchiladas stacked, not rolled. With layers of meat (pork) pintos, cheese, sometimes sour cream, and the blue corn tortillas are lightly friend (still soft) the hominy to the side is posole, another traditional dish.

Yum.

I’ve been to New Mexico and every food I have tasted there always tasted better than the same food from elsewhere.

I wonder why.
