Yessss! Thanks!

Where is everyone lately? They will have to get their own piece, this one is mine!

That looks so good I would actually attempt to make it myself! And I don’t bake! Bur for that I would make an exception. 😛

I’m thinking of making me some of these. Don’t touch though! You have to let them be for a day.

Around here that would never work. Left out nothing lasts a day either from sis, me, or the dog.

They don’t taste quite right the first day though. They’re not baked, so you really have to let the alcohol permeate through the dough.

Or you could just drink the rest of the alcohol and then they’d taste really awesome.

Sorry, gotta touch, gotta eat, baked or unbaked. They taste delish.

Hee. Those are rumballs. They’re not supposed to be baked. But they are best if you let them age properly. Gets the nice alcohol flavor through.

I’m thinking of making some for our priest - the advantage of them is that you can make them and let them sit in the fridge and they’ll be even better.

If you place them in a metal cookie can, they properly age, and keep their potency. 🙂

Not just rum. They’re not baked at all, just rolled and chilled, so the alcohol doesn’t get cooked out.

They’re actually super easy, you’re really just mixing a basic dough into balls. And they keep much longer than other cookies.

We’re serving Gruel…

Easter season is over, so there’s no more excuse to stuff my face. Of course, there is my birthday. And my wife’s birthday. And my anniversary. And Father’s Day. And Memorial Day. And the Fourth of July.

Okay, I’m back in “stuffing my face” mode. 🍴
