Attempting to impeach Trump from the very start ,trying one thing after another smacks of desperation not anything close to a solid basis for impeachment.Clealy the Dems care about only one thing ,their power and control.Not one iota about the wellbeing of our Nation nope not one iota!

Of course you are aware that what you consider important to safeguard the republic - clean elections, protection from foreign interference, preserving the Constitution and other “trifles” are the anathema in the eyes of the trumpists. 🙂

I think that they actually have similar ideals. But they have different information.

Fair enough, but I was talking about supporters who have fallen prey to the epistemological chaos sown by Trump.

Just because they were gullible it does not exonerate them. The facts are there to see.

Nope… Just open your eyes and see the facts. Read and observe what Trump, Mulvaney and the others actually said, before they realized what they said… and try to backpedal on it. What does “Get over it” mean to you? What does “This is how we operate” mean? What does “I need a favor, THOUGH” mean?

It is a fact that Congress allocated funds to help Ukraine to allow them to buy weapons to fight against the Russian aggression. It is a fact that Trump froze those funds to blackmail Ukraine and force them to dig up real or imaginary dirt of Biden. These have been supported by real professionals, who are NOT interested in politics.

Do you really believe that these hardened professionals, who have served faithfully under all different administrations all of a sudden made a 180 turn and became never-trumpers"? If you do, that would be very sad. But it is your business.

So far I have not seen even one iota of actual arguments supporting Trump, or proving some bad things about the professionals. All I could see was baseless accusations of “deep state”, and “swamp” and other lies.

  1. Why not wait until we see the actual evidence rather than jump to conclusions from leaking by the Republicans in the room?
  2. The sequence of events relative to the July 25 phone call is not exculpatory in the least. These are strawman arguments.
 
This exactly! I’m all for getting to the truth,the whole truth not just what the Dems want revealed.I want to see everything re Biden and Son,and as has been recently exposed the shenagens and corruption all the way up to and including Obama. Fair is fair.
