The Second Commandment is absolute in that nothing else is to be worshipped as God.The First Commandment is absolute in that there is no other God. There is one God.
I would say relative according to the culture.
Again, relative, as other cultures worship other gods.
If there is but one God, and God uttered these Commandments, I believe that then they are absolute, not relative. (In Christianity, despite all that you’d said, we worship only One God, though in three persons… I know you Jews disagree, but that’s the way it’s been revealed to us, and the Holy Church has been maintained ever since despite an almost constant state of crisis)
