Polygamy is the state which arises in the absence of (at least socially) enforced monogamous sexual morals. That’s not “natural” in the Aristotelian sense, but that’s irrelevant.

They need to look inside themselves and realise others can sense the attitude and disdain they have for others. It’s massively off-putting. They also need to realise that complaining will not get them anywhere, and if they want to life a partner, they have to be proactive. Make themselves the best version of them they can be. Not hostile, not judgmental. No unrealistic expectations.

OK, but you are complicit (probably unwittingly) to the issues of male, especially white, privilege that to domineer is to make you the most worthy. Our natural state now IS society, not some law of the jungle. Some of the “uber” male comments in this thread a major put offs to many women…and their relative liberation means they can also avoid these males and not be judged as a failure in finding a soul mate.

Also, sadness and depression can cause a person to not make an effort in appearance, hygiene or social skills, which makes them even less attractive, which triggers more depression, etc.

I blame the internet (no, I’m not being funny)

People will go to their second-best option if the first is not available, or takes too much effort.
 
But they won’t.
They’re addicted to the internet and living in an echo chamber that reinforces their belief.

Did you read the original post? It’s actually decrying the idea of women-as-objects.

I was just trying to answer the question of why a man might turn to a prostitution instead of the virgin female he claims he wants.
 
All evil comes form the human heart. Part of that evil seeks to validate or justify the evil itself. In a world obsessed with lower-than-animal-level reproductive activities, those who cannot accept themselves as they are also cannot accept others as they are.

You should read about the obsession with sexual activity in prostate cancer forums. Sadly, it defines many.

There’s a reason why even incels disdain prostitutes. They’re the absolute bottom of the barrel as far as sexual value goes. Basically they’re the female analogue to incels.

Incels “disdain” prostitutes because their entitlement mentality is such that they think they shouldn’t have to make any sacrifices - financial, emotional, you name it - in order to have relations with a woman. Successful and/or married men still solicit them, so there’s definitely a dynamic at play that your worldview doesn’t account for.

It’s easy to disdain equality when you belong to (a) demographic(s) that has historically reaped the benefits of inequality.
