Friends, I have been cut to the heart by a letter I received from Planned Parenthood.
In all my years, I have never received anything from them, but today, they ask ME
to donate!
The letter decribes all the “wonderful” things they support, their hopes and dreams
and successes from the Obama administration, and how that now even though the
entire government is against pro-lifers, they still won’t give up. These “insidious”
local people stop at nothing, and
The only reason they haven’t succeeded is because of people like you.
Well, I know what they meant. They mean “good” people who support planned
parenthood. But I also know what God meant me to think when I read that.
That maybe it’s people like me who haven’t done much lately, that are the cause
of the lack of success in the pro-life movement.
Also, the death of the “hero” George Tiller has strengthen the resolve and
determination to provide “compassionate” care to women.
And you know what makes people go in there even though they don’t need an
abortion? They’re just going for an annual check-up, cancer screening, pap smear,
which is provided to poor women who can’t get that anywhere else. So year after
year, these people get to learn how mean prolifers are, and by the time they want
an abortion, they have already decided who the good guys are. Maybe it would be
better to pray in front of a pregnancy help center until they can afford a 4-D
ultrasound machine. Those machines have been proven to save lives…
Anyway, thanks for listening…
