No idea. Sorry if this was a pointless response, but since I started this thread I think I should respond whether or not I know about it.I pray the rosary daily, it brings me great peace.
In May, our church began taking a statue of Mary to people’s home each week and many of us gather at that home and pray the rosary. So many folks wanted Mary to visit (she stays in the home for 1 week) that we are still doing this weekly and will probably continue for quite a while. It’s a wonderful thing.
But I have a question. We have much diversity at our church, American, Mexican, Philipino, folks from Guam, France and several other countries.
Anyhow, I notice when some of our members from other countries cross themselves each time we say the Glory Be while praying the rosary, some then kiss their crucifix and some kiss their thumbs. I have meant to ask them about this, but I keep forgetting to do so. So I was wondering if anyone here could enlighten me and explain this to me.
Thanks in advance.![]()
Other than that, feel proud that you pray it dailey. Keeps peace and tranquility in your home and everywhere you pray it.
