When people trust YouTube videos more than our public health professionals, we are in real trouble. Please stop spreading misinformation
I’m not an expert on public health, so I had been inclined to go with recognized experts. But I am an expert in another field. I have seen how the government and media chooses to make “recognized experts” anyone who promotes their agenda.

They bypass others I know to be equally qualified, who don’t support their agenda. Those others don’t get promoted in their fields, so over time so over time the media proclaims an increasing percent of experts support X.

Research supporting X gets published. Research equally valid that does not support X does not get published. It may get labelled as fake news if people try to present it on social media.

So I am cautious.
The first step in legitimizing otherwise disreputable sources is to cast doubt on the reputable ones. Good job.
