this must be what American politics felt like just before (and during) the Civil War.
Most definitely. Expect the message from the Democratic Party to its followers to be something like “If you hate that awful GOP, then you’ll really despise Trump because he is the essence of what that party is really about.”Trump too easily fuels some of the Left’s self-righteousness in their disdain for things conservative.
Trump and Clinton.ALL Americans should be trying to stop Trump.
Agreed.Trump and Clinton.
What are you talking about? Our Evangelical Brothers stand with us for the pro-life stance, God Bless Them.
That’s pretty much the conservative black chick’s take on the matter.I would think it is the “liberal” groups that are inciting violence. They’re the ones sending in people in to Trump rallies to get in his supporters faces and start trouble. They’re hoping for a violent response. I don’t see any Trump supporters trying to shut down Sanders or Clinton events. The “brown shirt” tactics are coming from these “liberal” groups, not the Trump supporters.
I’ve never heard of her, but she’s obviously a woman with remarkable insightThat’s pretty much the conservative black chick’s take on the matter.
Remember early in the election when a Black Lives Matter protester interrupted a Bernie Sanders speech and took over the microphone? Sanders let her say her piece peacefully and didn’t express a wish to punch her in the face and send her out on a stretcher. He actually met with them afterwards to discuss their issues. There’s also a video going around of when protesters interrupted an Obama speech. He acknowledged and listened to them.I would think it is the “liberal” groups that are inciting violence. I think the best way is to support Sen Cruz (well, or Gov Kasich if you live in Ohio) as he is the only one other than Trump with a reasonable shot at getting the GOP nomination.Agreed.
And the best way of doing that is to REFUSE to vote.
I do remember that, and I remember thinking Sanders was a wuss to let somebody take over his podium. That protester had no right to disrupt the event and a violent response would have been reasonable. Imagine if a right wing protester tried to charge the “mike” during an Obama or Clinton speech.Remember early in the election when a Black Lives Matter protester interrupted a Bernie Sanders speech and took over the microphone? Now think about how the Trump campaign is dealing with the protesters. Also, keep in mind that now part of the protests are about how the protesters were treated. This is all Trumps doing. Nobody else is calling for violence from the podium. I guess no other candidate reads Hitler for inspiration either so I guess in a certain sense it makes perfect sense.
In fact the protester should have been arrested as the protester was who grabbed Trump, its peaceful protest not disorderly conduct. Its also as I have been saying its why so many more have abandoned Cruz and Rubio. Their confusion in speaking up and walking a tight rope with two separate issues.I do remember that, and I remember thinking Sanders was a wuss to let somebody take over his podium. Thank you for sharing. I haven’t heard a single thing from the people who were actually in the event, so it’s nice to see someone reporting on it. Granted, it’s only one source, and it’s second hand; but still, at least it’s something. That’s pretty much the conservative black chick’s take on the matter.
After 8 years of Obama dividing the country and creating chaos they are stirring fears about Trump? why have they been so quiet the last 8 years?CHICAGO — Leaders of more than 20 leading liberal groups supporting both Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are set to release a scathing letter on Tuesday that serves as a progressive call to arms against Donald Trump, imploring Americans to undertake a unified set of concrete steps to oppose the Republican front-runner — from protesting to organizing large-scale voter turnout efforts.
“This is a five-alarm fire for our democracy. A hate-peddling bigot who openly incites violence is the likely presidential nominee of one of our nation’s two major parties. It is alarming and dangerous. Donald Trump’s candidacy is a threat to the America we love, and we must respond to him and what he is stoking as such,” reads the letter, which was obtained first by POLITICO. It is signed by top officials of Sanders-backing groups like MoveOn.org and Clinton-backing organizations including the Service Employees International Union.

Because Obama gives them free stuff and places the general blame on white people. Trump does neither of these things, so he’s the enemy. After 8 years of Obama dividing the country and creating chaos they are stirring fears about Trump? why have they been so quiet the last 8 years?
LOL No, he’s not, by far.Yet today, President Obama, is the most egotistical man to hold the office.
It’s a false perception that those who speak quietly, slowly and measuredly are more humble than those who are loud and blustery.LOL No, he’s not, by far.
