I’m just saying you don’t have to come after me and others here like gang-busters.
Look to yourself and your posts.

When it comes to killing innocent human babies, yes, I will jump all over anybody who has Catholic as his religion, yet supports the party that has as its platform unrestricted taxpayer funded abortions.

It is Evil. It is of the Devil. It make me ILL.

Health care=Medical care

There are no medical care issues now or before HHS started writing all their stupid rules for the glorious introduction of Obamacare. I know as a fact because my kid is in PICU now, The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit it treating indigent kids and rich people kids. The parents up here all have the same haggard exhausted fearful look on their face. Yet, no accountant is up there asking how the next IV bag is going to be paid for. The issues Pelosi, Reed, and Obama were supposed to be addressing were cost and insurance affordability none of which they really addressed. If they did, there wouldn’t be thousands of waivers. And you want to know how we know it is a lousy piece of s_ _ _ legislation? No politician is subject to it. All the union big wigs got waivers. Enjoy the bureaucratic controls that are coming. That is what this POS bill is about. Bureaucratic control and government power.
Absolutely correct.

If ObamaCare is so wonderful, then why issue ANY waivers?

Yet huge numbers of waivers HAVE been issued.

[Because of all the waivers, you kind of get the idea that ObamaCare is punitive.]

Quite possible, but I don’t think Ron Paul will run third party. He didn’t last time, and it wouldn’t make sense this time. I believe his goal is to move the Republican Party in a libertarian direction and/or get more voters to move in a Libertarian/Constitutional Party direction.
Ron Paul wants to push the Republicans to the right.

Ron Paul for Chairman of the Fed!

[Actually, he wrote a book: “End The Fed” ]

No joke.

Anybody see the irony here?
That’s politicizing. Not simple advocacy.

I don’t care to stand next to a Sarah Palin sign. Her commitment to her family, though praiseworthy don’t make up, for me her political views.

I don’t care to stand next to a guy wearing an Obama mask. To use the coloquialism- “that ain’t how I roll”.

I am a VERY Left Wing (Governement wise) Social Worker committed to my clients and to social justice. That’s my career. That’s my passion.

I am also a lover of the TLM. You see, not all folks on the left are the same.

I just don’t want to be confused with Right Wingers, thus I feel excluded from organized Pro-Life activities.

Said a quick prayer for your family and child. I hope things improve quickly.

God bless :signofcross:

You have my prayers - I’ve spent much more than my “share” of time in the PICUs at Children’s Mercy and Via Christie and know exactly what you are talking about.

The Affordable Health Care for America Act does nothing to make health care better and makes it even less affordable.

I wouldn’t mind seeing a Ron Paul, Secretary of the Treasury. (of course I’d much rather see a President Ron Paul)

Well, sorry then. I don’t know what to say. I can’t and wont vote for a right-wing candidate. It is against my fibre of being.

I see that you do lots of good work. God Bless you for that.

I will stand next to anyone who is pro-life. I don’t judge people by their political leanings.

The Democrats haven’t done much for us Latinos either.
THey’ve done alot of pandering and lots of unfulfilled promises though. TO me, the Democrat Party is for minorities what Las Vegas is to most people. A glitzy place with the promise of big rewards and better life…but mostly its just bankruptcy and moral depravity.

Democrats have had control of the inner cities for the last 60 years, what have they done for Black people. Very little. ‘Urban Renewal,’ ‘The Great Society’ programs?

The unemployment rate in the Black community is over 16%. What policies have Republicans introduced to help Black people? House Republicans have passed 10 job creating bills which have been stopped in the majority Democrat senate. What are Republican ways to ‘fix’’ the high number of blacks dropping out of high school, the number of blacks in prison? Promoting marriage, family and individual responsibility. Most Democrats oppose school choice and the charter schools, which Republicans support, which has helped Black children tremendously, get a quality education.

It was the Republicans who proposed 600 pro life bills last year, with very little support from Democrats. Consider the abortion rate in the Black community.

Even though George Bush wasn’t completely pro life, he believed in restricted abortion, the abortion rate declined 8.1% in all 50 states during his presidency. George Bush passed many pro life laws.
Most if not all of these so called “job creating bills” have revolved around deregulation, castrating the EPA, stripping away consumer protection, and the rest focus on kowtowing to Big Oil & Energy. These are not job creators they’re job killers, environment destroyers and they pad the wallets of the 1%.

Not to mention the glaring discrepancy in your own post; 10 (imaginary job bills) as opposed to 600 “pro life” bills. 600 to 10, from a party that was swept into office because they claimed to be running under the Jobs. Jobs. Jobs, banner. It’s disgraceful but not all together unexpected. They’re not focused on job growth and they never were.

Yes, less rules, less oversight, let them run absolutely rampant! That’ll fix things.

Deregulation, the transfer of power from the trodden to the treading.
Versus regulating energy to a complete standstill.

The U.S. government energy policy is “Freeze in the Dark, Immobilized, Forever”.

OR, in other words … in his own words:

youtube.com/watch?v=HlTxGHn4sH4

How does Mr. Obama help the downtrodden with that kind of talk?

And those kinds of policies?

You say this like its a bad thing. 🤷
My daughter is an economics major. She has really, much to her dismay, had to face the facts that big government is a drain on the economy. She won’t be voting for Obama again this time around.

Business leaders are saying they over regulated, leading to deferring of job creation. You take some of the over regulations away, more jobs will be created.

Republicans have listened to the business owners, they are the ones creating jobs. They should not be ignored.

Because heavy regulation and massive government oversight has always been the path to economic success. 👍

It’s worked everywhere except where it’s been tried.
