There is no point talking round and around.

Read the bible yourself. There are too many passages to copy here.
I don’t need passages. I’m pointing out that psalm 137 has no trial. You said one was required. The bible doesn’t back up your position.

My atheist brothers and sisters, making more sense of the bible than than a professed bible reading Christian. Kudos.

Please read the Story of Susanna (Daniel 13, or Susanna 1)

Two elders who wanted to rape Susanna. Susanna cried for help. Then the elders falsely accused Susanna. The two elders then falsely accused her commiting adultery with a young man and they witness him entered the garden where she bathed.

Daniel then conduct a criminal court examining their testimonies. They were cought baring false witness and executed to death, according to the law of moses.

Daniel 13:48-51, 61-62
(or Susanna 1:48-51, 61-62)
48 Taking his stand among them Daniel said, “Are you such fools, O Israelites, as to condemn a daughter of Israel without examination and without learning the facts? 49 Return to court, for these men have given false evidence against her.”
50 So all the people hurried back. And the rest of the elders said to him, “Come, sit among us and inform us, for God has given you the standing of an elder.” 51 Daniel said to them, “Separate them far from each other, and I will examine them.”
(Snipped)
61 And they took action against the two elders, because out of their own mouths Daniel had convicted them of bearing false witness; they did to them as they had wickedly planned to do to their neighbor. 62 Acting in accordance with the law of Moses, they put them to death. Thus innocent blood was spared that day.

When I did bible search for the keywords that include just, justice, injustice, unjust, I found 664 words.

when I try to search for the keyword moral, I found only one word:

1Cor 15:33
33 Do not be deceived:
“Bad company ruins good morals

And exactly what does this have to do with “the seed of a rapist” and your false assertion that God calls for the abortion of a child conceived in rape as justice?

Are you saying, because of Jesus Cross, now men can rape beautiful women so they can have children with them? And the beautiful women cannot say no? They have to give their body to feed the children of the men who rape them?
This is a hard question. In some states the rapist has parental rights over his child so if the mother keeps the child, then she has to deal with the rapist for the rest of her life. This amounts to inflicting life long trauma on an innocent woman.

this is true, but sometimes we don’t have a choice, especially on some internet forums.
Indeed. The verse above is an example of one verse isolated on its own. In order to find the meaning of that verse, we need to read it with other passages.

For the 664 search results that contain specific words just, justice, injustice, unjust, these, provide straight forward prove that being just is more important than “being moral in a way that belittle justice aspect for the woman victim”

It is most terrible to say that something is moral, when actually it is perpetuating injustice all the way, isn’t it? (And the context goes beyond US law).

Instead of promoting do not rape, it provide a way (rape) for men to have access to whoever women they want.

Isn’t that similar to the situation in Genesis 6?

For a long time I did not understand the meaning of Genesis 6. Especially the part “sons of god” and “daughters of man”. It clearly depict gender inequallity which creates children who believe in wars. They became the most renown warriors (verse 4).

When gender inequality happens in front of you throughout your life time as a child of “sons of god” and “daughters of man”, you would seek through “muscle powers” the missing justice at home, and at the community around you throughout your lifetime. while the women are left with least choice and clueless of their own rights, therefore perpetuating the breach of human rights, not only hers, but also for her future generations (male & female), ie her children and probably grand grand children too.

Despite they became heroes of their time, the outcome of the social injustice that begins with gender inequality is depicted in verse5:

Genesis 6:5
5 The Lord saw that the wickedness of humankind was great in the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of their hearts was only evil continually.

Apparently, you continue to misunderstand it.

It doesn’t seem right to me.
That’s because it’s being mischaracterized, unless I misunderstand the context.

Our friend JT was found to have been here before, banned multiple times under multiple usernames, and (hopefully) has decided to give it a rest for the last days of CAF. I know we’ll all pray for her.
