Try reading the rest of the post. It appears sarcasm is your only defense.
No, grammar is my defense. A person can seem suspicious, they cannot DO suspicious. We have heard (ad nauseum, I might add) everything the young man-boy DID, except that which was described as suspicious.

A person who seems suspicious is typically doing something suspicious. About all you can do is question the judgment of the person whose determining that another person is suspicious if you can not see that other person.

Typically? So list the typical aspects of this case. Typically, walking in the rain in the early evening does not get a person killed.

We cant can we.

You cant, I cant.

Zimmerman can, but are you going to believe him?

Typically it doesn’t, which tells me that there is quite a possibility he wasn’t simply walking in the rain.

Glad to see we’re making progress.

Where are we now? Zimmerman followed Trayvon after he was told not to…

Perhaps by tomorrow we’ll get to the explanation of why Zimmerman’s kin would have us believe he stopped when he was asked to.

Oh well, baby steps will get us somewhere I suppose…
regardless that still doesn’t matter or help us get to the truth. legally what matters is who came at whom first.

let’s hope experts in audio forensics can identify the person making the screams. from all that has been released, i think that is the most important bit of evidence there is.

Right, that and his own statements and how they align with the physical evidence. 👍

But by this argument, would it not mean that if someone followed me, that stalker would be justified in killing me if, when cornered, I struck the first blow? Do I, as a woman, have to wait for the stalker to grab me before I can fight, or am I allowed to stand my ground and clobber him with the first heavy object that comes to hand? Is it not likely that, since Zimmerman was clearly following Martin, that it was in fact Martin who stood his ground?

Two forensic specialists have now stated that the screams were not Zimmerman. Of course, they cannot say it was Martin since they don’t have any recordings of his voice with which to compare audio of the cries for help, but since only two people were there…

  • not the type of killing itself, but the police department’s refusal to fairly prosecute the case.
I think it should be remembered that the police did arrest Zimmerman, but the DA would not take charges. It was the decision of the District Attorney that the charges would not be filed.

I do not know if that can be proven, or if this is a case of finding the specialists that says what one wants to here. In the end, if it is not Zimmerman screaming, that would change the weight given his testimony and damage his self-defense case.

I have a question. Did Zimmerman call 911 to get an ambulance to tend to Martin? That would the first thing the police would do.

The suspicious behavior was described (add nauseum). Seeing is all that is required.
Only in a make -believe world of 911 calls do you have everyone seeing exactly what you see. We have courts of law and trials because two people can see the same act and report it differently in some cases. You can disbelieve Zimmerman’s account that Martin was “acting like he’s on drugs”, but you can’t reinvent the process which is what your hanging desperately onto.

No ambulance treated him, its stated by the Police Dept. the Fire Dept treated him in back of the Police vehicle. That was made public by one of the Officers Reports.

Last December, a nicely-dressed, white male in his early 40s was in our subdivision ringing doorbells and looking in windows. When asked by a neighbor who answered her door what he was doing, he answered he was lost and looking for his relative’s house on Name of our Street Court (we have no such court in our subdivision) and no such person lives in our small subivision. Anyway, he then went to a nearby house and kicked in their back door. There were teens home alone in that home, but luckily a parent returned home and caught the guy and a second man in his house. The two ran and were able to get away. The police were called, the home invasion incident was publicized, and descriptions of the men were circulated throughout the neighborhood and all were cautioned to be wary and watchful.

I was suspicious of any unknown white male that I saw in my subdivision, as well as any other unknown person that I saw. None of them were doing anything more than walking down the sidewalk. You just never know, so I was definitely aware and watchful whenever I saw someone, anyone, I didn’t know.

Likes of Sharpton and Jackson? What are they like? If Trayvon were my son, I’d have them on speed dial. Otherwise there’s a chance of the system ‘running’ right over his memory without even stopping to apologize.

Last I heard ‘civil’ disobedience was just that: ‘civil’ - introduced by the likes of Gandhi and MLK. Any more objections?
And what if Zimmerman was your brother?

They used two different experts from two different states. One is listed as a court-qualified expert witness in voice forensics. He cannot say for certain that it was Trayvon Martin’s voice because he did not have a sample of his voice. But he did say it was NOT Zimmerman’s voice.

There is a conflict here because there is a witness saying otherwise.

Will be interesting to see how that plays out.

New Trayvon dispatch recordings raise questions
Recordings prompt Martin family lawyers to intensify calls for arrest

SANFORD, Fla. - A Trayvon Martin family spokesperson says information within the newly released fire-rescue dispatch recordings from the night George Zimmerman shot and killed Martin is just another reason why Zimmerman should be arrested.

The recordings, which were first obtained by the New York Daily News and then shared by the newspaper with WKMG-TV, detail communication from emergency medical responders on the night of Martin’s death.

In the recordings, you can hear rescue workers talking about Zimmerman, just minutes after his family says Martin repeatedly pounded his head into a sidewalk.

“Do they have a second patient?” a person says on the recording. “That’s affirmative, there’s a second patient.”

What rescue workers said next has Martin family lawyers intensifying calls for Zimmerman’s arrest.

“You can cancel the second rescue,” a rescue worker says on the recording, adding that the second patient, Zimmerman, didn’t have a gunshot wound.

A spokesman for the attorneys working for the Martin family told Local 6 that if Zimmerman really had his head repeatedly smashed into the sidewalk during a life and death struggle with Martin, there’s “not a chance” the ambulance would have been cancelled.

The spokesman said this, along with other new information coming out, keeps confirming that the Martin family is justified in demanding Zimmerman’s arrest.

“Now it’s embarrassing,” the spokesperson said, that Zimmerman hasn’t been arrested.

WKMG filed a public records request for the dispatch records on Wednesday, but on Friday Sanford temporarily denied the request, stating it first needed approval from the special prosecutor before it could release the records.

The New York Daily News told WKMG it got the records from Sanford. The special prosecutor’s office said it preferred that the evidence would not be made public at this time.
