Trump and his nicknames

Some are just disagreements, like with the way you used the word “totalitarian”. That is a hoot! LOL
Needn’t be so cocky about it. Remember when Janet Napolitano put prolifers on the potential terrorist list?

With all the damage that Donald Trump is doing to this country, it is hardly worth the two supreme court judges he has appointed.
Had Clinton been elected, we likely would have wound up with two middle of the road judges, because the Senate would have had to have confirmed.
Trump’s nasty disposition is going to have a long-term bad effect on people in this country.

Typical response. Instead of addressing Trump’s bad behavior, those who love trump try to justify his horrible behavior by pointing at others.
Trump is the president. He is supposed to be held to a higher standard than others.

rump is the president. He is supposed to be held to a higher standard than others.
His manners and aethetic appeal to some are not a good yardstick for whether a person is a “good” president. Both Truman and Johnson were far more testy, vindictive and Johnson far more vulgar than Trump. And yet, Dems don’t complain about them, and didn’t at the time. Fact is, both Truman and Johnson were good presidents in most ways.

Trump will go down in history as the most miserable human being ever to occupy the White House.
So you hope.

But it probably won’t happen due to the things he has actually accomplished for the nation. LBJ was a far worse human being, and in many ways, but among most, his “Great Society” programs are thought to have benefited the nation despite the Vietnam disaster.

Trump has benefited the nation in many ways, and his negative are only bad manners and being prolife. The Democrats have put up with worse manners, but they will never forgive his being prolife. In that sense, and in that alone, to them he would be the “worst president” ever to hold the office, since abortion is the only real “value” that party has.

You can be right on an issue and act in lawless ways. In fact it becomes harmful to the cause and should not be supported

  • prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one’s own race is superior.
  • the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races.
I know of no conservative that claims whites are superior to any other race. I dont think Trump as ever said the white race is superior to other races.

lawless ways
What were those?

I think we all know the Dems will continue to try to use the government to aid in their campaign for the presidency, and won’t hesitate to assert bogus charges like “Russia collusion” and “quid pro quo” in Ukraine. Whether they’ll succeed or fail at selling some new falsehood remains to be seen. But I would think the voters have had a bellyfull of it.

There is no question about quid pro quo in Ukraine.
Russian collusion as you call it was actually conspiracy in the true legal terms Mueller dealt with. The key to his findings was that he did not find evidence that Trump actually participated in the theft of the Emails. But there was a ton of evidence Trump coordinated use with Wiki leaks. Mueller kept secret the detail but we learned later Stone was," the Clearinghouse," for WikiLeaks according to Bannons testimony. Trump gave instructions that more dumps were coming. And Trump directed his campaign to devise and implement policy when they eventually were dumped.
They met with Russian Agents at that cigar bar to provide internal campaign data and polling data in BATTLEGROUND STATES.
THERE was plenty of evidence of collusion and solicitation. ( Like Trump Tower where the decision not to prosecute was based on the uncertainty as to the market value of the contribution. )
The narrative Trump was not involved actively is nonsense.

Does this mean that you are stipulating to the rest?

He implied nobody could protect the Vatican but him or nobody would. Please. That’s almost a pathetic level of self-importance.

He talks as if he’s the Boss of the world and everybody else are “apprentices” begging for his approval and support. He’s just not that important. He doesn’t get to just talk and act any way he likes and it is all OK because everybody else has to keep their hats in their hands and kneel to his whims.

People eat it up, though. The others pretend it is some kind of necessary evil, that he can’t accomplish good without talking like a jerk. I don’t know why, because it is utterly obnoxious.

No amount of exonerations will persuade Democrats that their wishes are just wishes, not facts.

It is also a play to say overlook what the Pope says as a leader of the Catholic faith on matters that pertain to Catholic faith because the Pope needs him. Overlook sin father because you need me.

Pot calling kettle black here.
No need to get nasty when you can’t follow through with your assertions that Trump has ruined the country.
It was a simple question, why not answer it?🤨

Exonerations of what kind? A Senate Trump’s own NSA says is a half trial because of no witnesses.
I don’t have to overlook fixo of trial fundemental, like witnesses, because Trump has the power to fixo GOP SENATORS.
In fact it requires more dillegence because the Constitution is under assault.
That’s their calculation to act illegitimately to protect Trump. They could satisfy basics of authenticity, then vindicate. It’s a whitewash

The last time I checked, Mr Trump is not omnipotent, either.

I think I have made the point I meant to make: name-calling is demeaning, it is uncharitable, it is unnecessary and it does NOT deserve defense. Fifth graders shouldn’t be allowed to do it and neither should the President of the United States. It is a disgrace that he insists on doing it as often as he does, and it isn’t a betrayal of the pro-life movement to say so.

No he is not omnipotent. But he does have the GOP senators in his pocket. " LIKE SO MANY NICKELS AND DIMES."

We had a GOP senator with integrity from Oregon, but now we have Merkeley. Don’t get me started.
