No president has been criticized and mocked mercilessly like Trump. Mika and Joe have been in attacking him since last November - that was 8 months ago! He finally responded 8 months later with one tweet. After 8 months of personal and crude remarks made about him, why the uproar?

Trump already has kicked off his reelecton campaign. He attended a fundraiser at one of the Trump hotels last night for his 2020 campaign. 2 yrs earlier than Bush or Obama did for their reelection campaigns.

As far as I can tell, it must be because he’s picking on a woman, and in a way that suggests he has a misogynistic streak? He hasn’t done that much since the Megyn Kelly business during the campaign. I don’t see it as all that different from his other tweets, but perhaps it is a bit cruder and coarser.

No, if you support Donald Trump, I think you concede that you do not care what anyone else’s candidate says or does. No matter what it is, there are probably several videotapes or audiotapes of Donald Trump doing something as bad or probably far worse…and not things that John Adams would have let go by without a sharp comment, might I add.

He is the President of the United States. He needs to start acting like it. His supporters need to quit making excuses for his improper attacks and willingness to repeat or make up outright falsehoods. We all realize that Donald Trump has no future planned beyond his presidency, but a few other people in the Republican Party would like to.

Easter I appreciate this post. I totally get why people don’t like Trump. Especially his interactions with women.

I would say there is a side to Trump that the mainstream media and their ridiculous attempt to take down the duly elected POTUS don’t show people. He is a patriot. He loves America and Americans. He wants the best for the people of your great country. He gave up a great life and went through hell to be where he is now, and if people would just calm down, I’m sure he could govern better. But these attacks don’t seem to be stopping, and that’s why he punches back.

But the thing is, he doesn’t need to punch back. He doesn’t need to attack every person who criticises him, he certainly doesn’t need to respond in such a way that makes him look just as bad, at best.

He is President of the United States. He won the election. He has a majority where he needs to have one. So instead of tweeting and insulting, he needs to get on with his job. He demeans the office he holds every time he acts in this way.

isn’t that just the problem? we as a country can not agree on how a president is supposed to act. we all want different things from a president. we all want a person to act a certain way and it is not necessarily the way you think.

what is good manners anymore. i was recently belittled for holding the door for a lady. you can’t even tell a man from a woman because they may want to be an x. there is no norm.

fortunately people are tired of politically correct speech and lack of action. they see trump with all his faults as a man of action. they want what he promised: too bad he hasn’t delivered on most of it. still time i guess.

who do you think was presidential acting? for every president picked many others would post items showing them to be less than presidential in their view.
 
I saw a picture of Mika at Mars Largo in the time in question and her face isn’t bleeding. Is this another comment like the one about Megyn Kelly where it is in reference to a woman’s time of month?

When it is done bravely and with honour against an injustice.

To retaliate against the injustice of a bullying Left wing media is brave but the honour is missing in this particular case.

When the Pharisees and scribes tried to trap Jesus with their words and circumstances regarding the law he retaliated by reversing the situation and trapped them in their own words.

One of many examples - when people tried to shame the woman caught in adultery for her actions they tried to trap Jesus with Jewish law and Jesus retaliated by turning it around and shaming those people for their actions.

The Pharisees used to refer to themselves as being ‘those without sin’ so when Jesus said ‘let those without sin cast the first stone’ it was an ambiguous answer that was putting the onus back on the Pharisees.

The Pharisees tried to call Jesus out and he retaliated by calling them out.

“Crooked D” eh? How about writing your congressperson with a citation from the US criminal code suggesting which portions of it you believe he has violated and what evidence you believe exists of this crime.

It seems to me that the impeachment process is pretty simple. It happened within recent memory to Crooked H’s husband, who was impeached for the crimes of perjury and obstruction of justice. Maybe the democrats should stop talking and get on it. They know how it goes.
