DO NOT FORGET BENGHAZI. MY SON WAS A CONTRACTOR GUARDING THE AMERICAN EMBASSY IN AFGHANISTAN. HE COULD JUST AS WELL BEEN ORDERED TO LIBYA. SHE GAVE THE ORDER TO STAND DOWN. SHE DID NOT SEND EXTRA HELP 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE ATTACK WHEN THE AMBASSADOR SENT WORD THAT CHATTER WAS INCREASING AND THEY COULD NOT SURVIVE AN ATTACK. HILLARY IS A MURDERER.
SHE HAD HER PRIVATE SERVER AND DID SEND TOP SECRET INFO OVER THE LiNES. SHE LIED TO THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE MOVIE BEING A CAUSE OF BENGHAZI WHEN ShE TOLD HER FAMILY THE TRUTH.
AS CATHOLICS WE ARE NOT TO VOTE FOR PRO CHOICE CANDIDATES. PRIESTS ARE NOT TO GIVE COMMUNION TO PRO CHOICE BELIEVERS. THEY STRONGLY DISCUSSED WHETHER OR NOT TED KENNEDY SHOULD GET A REQUIEM MASS. COMMUNION WAS HELD FROM JOHN KERRY.
OBAMA MADE IT VERY CLEAR HE WAS PRO CHOICE AND PRO PALESTINE BEFORE THE FIRST ELECTION. YET, JEWS, CATHOLICS AND AFRICAN AMERICANS PUT HIM IN…WHY THE SECOND TIME.?
I WAS A DEMOCRAT BUT AFTER READING THEIR PLATFORM AND THE REPUBLICANS, I HAD TO CHANGE.
IT IS YOUR SON.IT IS BENGHAZI AND HE IS KILLED. THE POOR AMBASSADOR WAS SODOMIZED. AND SHE SAID,"“WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE.”".
MAY THOSE WHO DIED BE IN JESUS’S LOVING ARMS. MAY GOD’S FORGIVENESS AND MERCY COVER THOSE WHO ABETTED THOSE DEATHS. MAY OUR MEMORIES BE CLEAR AND MAY GOD SEND US WISDOM ON ELECTION DAYS. VOTE FOR LIFE. VOTE AS JESUS WOULD.
IT IS A STRANGE WORLD. COME, LORD JESUS, COME.
in Christ’s love

God bless you. There is no way I would ever vote for Hillary. No way.
I am praying now we get a good Godly nominee.
If it comes to Trump or Hillary I don’t know.
I may write in Ted Cruz and be done with it.

Ironically if Hillary is elected, she will be elected by the ineptitude of not only the GOP, but the post - Reagan conservitive movement who has come to confuse strength and leadership with uncompromising rigidity.

It’s unfortunate if people resort to name-calling because:

a.) A candidate defends Americans against murder and the many other crimes, people not legally in this country commit.

b.) A candidate invokes a 1952 law against allowing potentially dangerous immigrants into the country.

**Trump-haters forgot that President Jimmy Carter BANNED Iranians from US, and WORSE **. . .
Following President Obama’s Oval Office address on terrorism this week, Trump issues a statement calling for a “total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States until our country’s representatives can figure out what is going on.”
An idea that’s not all that different from the actions of the 39th president of the United States.
“[T]he Secretary of Treasury [State] and the Attorney General will invalidate all visas issued to Iranian citizens for future entry into the United States, effective today,” Carter said in April 1980. “We will not reissue visas, nor will we issue new visas, except for compelling and proven humanitarian reasons or where the national interest of our own country requires. This directive will be interpreted very strictly.”
Not only that, Carter said Iranian officials in the country were no longer welcome.
“All Iranian diplomatic and consular officials have been declared persona non grata and must leave this country by midnight tomorrow,” he declared.

Some people here have said this.
But is it so easy to uproot a family and get citizenship and a new job in a new country? Like Trump, they may not let you in.

.
True, that. Plus I’m too old to uproot and move somewhere else, and try to learn a new language.

If I ever did have to relocate, I think I would choose the U.K., or Canada but they probably don’t want droves of disgruntled Americans coming over there! U.K. and Scandanavia(and Spain) are where my ancestry is from, too. I do know some Spanish.

I guess I’ll just stay here and tough it out. If Hillary wins, maybe I’ll move to Utah where I also have some relatives. It’s a Red State. Live in a very Blue State now.

I personally don’t find the slaughter of children as amusing so I can not say that about the Democratic side of the aisle.

If you’re disgusted by the idea of socialized medicine, welfare, and gay marriage, then perhaps the UK, Canada, Scandinavia or Spain aren’t for you.

What were McCain and Romney, they certainly aren’t what I’d define as uncompromising rigidity.

Whatever became of MODERATE Republicans? As Mr. Trump goes he keeps offending people, he hit me. I am disabled, and if he wins I fear he will cancel SSI and Medicaid. Not sure who I will vote for. But it won’t be Trump.
has he talked about canceling SSI and medicaid? I don’t think I have heard him say that.

If we wouldn’t have had 7 years of Obama, Trump would probably not be running.

He hasn’t.

I’d be more concerned with the eventual collapse of the programs due to profligate spending that both parties indulge in.

Paid Donald Trump?

How much could they offer him that would even be meaningful?

I don’t think they did. I think for his own reasons, like Perot in 1992, he wants to help HRC. Now why remains the mystery.

ICXC NIKA.
He just seems to me like a classic POE. But like I say. It’s just a temptation of mine to think that way.

So this poll assumes our choices are going to be the Fascist Bigot with a history of Bankrupting Himself, or the National Security Risk with No Self Respect?

Loving our choices…

I’ll be voting Third Party for sure if they’re the candidates for the two major parties. Man I miss moderate candidates from both sides. Most voters are in the middle, not the fringes, and yet that’s something both parties have clearly forgotten.
True story. 👍

I find these posts, including bringing in Sarah Palin to hold up to ridicule to be in poor taste and uncharitable, unchristian and possibly somewhat off-topic per strict rigid conversation. I can guarantee to a person, they can easily find fault with the directions of any country including the UK but certainly, not limited to it so as to not go off-topic.

In what ways is Obama not a moderate? In what ways is Hillary Clinton not a moderate?

I would argue McCain was, but Romney ’ biggest issue with voters was just the opposite of the GOP front runners now, that being Romney lacked, or at least failed to show even a speck of passion.

Question: Is Trump prolife? Hillary I know isn’t.
(don’t know)
mlz
(the reason I ask is that Catholics can not vote for someone that is for abortion)
Yes you can, you can vote for someone who is pro-choice, since Catholicism determines sin based on volition, not provision of society.

Would you really saddle the world with Trump just on that premise alone?

Im not sure I understand your point…surely Trump (and hopefully his supporters) understand he will not be running against Obama. …but perhaps both he and his followers don’t know.

I think bringing up Palin doesn’t qualify as a non sequitir, because Palin paved the ground for Trump. Much like the Donald, she was never a serious candidate, but merely dabbled in primary politics to hawk her garbage and media ventures. The problem with Palin is that she was an inarticulate dilettante and media neophyte. Trump has had decades of experience in shilling his brand and manipulating the media, which is why he’s found much more success and persistence when he picked up where she left off.

Romney was laughably out of touch, too. That cannot be overemphasized.

Mitt saying that the Daytona 500 combined two of his favorite things–“cars and sport”–is the definitve Romney anecdote, and still kills me, almost four years after the fact
