Grotto, I never said he was removed because of anything he said during the synod. Frankly, I don’t know where that came from. There is nothing charitable in suggesting Cardinal Burke was demoted and lending false support to the idea that the Holy Father Francis is opposed to his teaching. Its not only UN charitable it is a sin of calumny. Pope Francis stated: “It is not true that I removed him
because of how he behaved in the Synod.” Are you suggesting the Pope is lying?
“demoted” - may have altogether different meaning than you proclaim. You are not interested in the opinion of a twice demoted Archbishop as you say in your earlier post.
Enough is enough, stop your campaign of pro abortion candidates of the Democrat Party.
You have a free will, you may choose to continue but do not expect others to respect your efforts.
However, he was demoted by Pope Francis, not once, but twice. The headlines of the papers read:
“Pope Francis again demotes hard-line U.S. cardinal”

It is beyond me why you would want to support Cardinal Burke who said that under Pope Francis the Church was “like a ship without a rudder.” And he did say that. It’s in the article. That, in my opinion, is defaming our Holy Father.
I believe the Democratic candidates, either of them, will do more good for the country than any of the Republicans, and the good that they do will translate into more women deciding to keep their children because life is better.
I am entitled to my opinion, just as you, and everyone else, is entitled to their’s. I’m not out to change anyone’s vote; they should not be out to change mine. I respect their right to choose, and expect my right to choose to be so respected. I also have a right to stand with Pope Francis against Cardinal Burke, and I do.
