I’m pretty sure bankruptcy, multiple times, constitutes “quitting”.
Bankruptcy laws are in effect for a reason. I am quite sure that, given the right circumstances or personal reversals, you would also avail yourself of same as would any sane person. Quitting? No. Never. Quitters don’t work. Quitters don’t win. Quitters have no hope.

Quite right. Not a quitter. A top-notch scam artist.

He scammed the evangelicals into believing he was fighting for them. And he’s gonna nuke not only the presidency but the House and Senate majorities while blaming someone else for it.

And the thing is, I bet a majority of Republicans will believe that it was, indeed, someone else’s fault.

This aside from his pro-death stance on so many other issues, including climate change and other life-threatening environmental issues.
This part of Trump’s “healthcare reform” policy, directly from his official campaign web site, raises some red flags for me:

“To reduce the number of individuals needing access to programs like Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program” [emphasis added]
donaldjtrump.com/positions/healthcare-reform

He wants to reduce healthcare options for children? How is that consistent with being “pro-life”? And, unlike Hillary’s plan, Trump’s policies could very well exclude immigrant unborn babies from access to adequate healthcare. All unborn lives matter.

Even things that are there for a reason can be abused. It is hard to look at Trump and find similarities with a down and out family who lost everything from the loss of their only job or an illness.

Senate Democrats ask Cruz to investigate Trump, potential Russian interference in election

In a letter released today, Senate Judiciary Committee members Chris Coons of Delaware and Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island blasted Trump’s statements as “dangerous and irresponsible.” They want Cruz, a Trump rival and chairman of a Senate Judiciary subcommittee, to hold a hearing to determine whether Trump’s request for “foreign entities to conduct cyberattacks on political opponents” broke existing laws.
“Mr. Trump’s encouragement of a Russian cyber incursion of a U.S. presidential candidate represents an unprecedented call for a foreign government to spy on a U.S. citizen and interfere with a U.S. election,” they wrote.
Trump’s comments, they said, potentially threaten the country’s interests and violate a host of laws, including the Logan and Espionage Act. What’s more, “Mr. Trump has invited foreign interference with the presidential election, which we believe should be carefully guarded against under U.S. law.”

Nate Silver’s “Polls-only forecast” has Clinton beating Trump, 77.7% to 22.3%. His “Now-cast” has her winning 91.6% to 8.4%. His "Poll-plus forecast has her winning 72.6% to 27.4%.

A new Fox News poll released yesterday evening has her ahead by 10 points.

The first amendment protects freedom of speech.
You have freedom of speech. That doesn’t mean someone can not question what you say during your freedom of speech.
Mr Kahn made a 3 minute speech.
What difference does the length matter?
In the speech he used his son’s example of heroic death in battle to illustrate that Muslim Americans have died in service of the US.
No where has Trump insulted this son’s death or said all Muslims are bad.
Trump has stated various times and ways (and his spokespeople as well) that he intends to limit Muslims from entering the country. Trump has used phrases such as “total shutdown of Muslims coming to this country”
.

You’re leaving out large parts of the quote. In Catholic speak this is called a sin of omission. By leaving out very important parts of the quote you’re changing the meaning of what he said.
Mr . Kahn had the right to speak at the Democratic convention. The most “insulting” part of the speech is the “you have sacrificed nothing” part. When I saw that speech I understood it to mean military sacrifice.
Sure he has the right to speak, where has anyone said he didn’t? Just parts of his speech was 100% wrong. If military service is the measure then neither has none of the Clinton’s, Obama, most president, Or most of the congress

BTW, the US government has the right to limit any and all migration into this country. It can do it any way it wants to do so. Seems to me, Mr Khan needs to reread the constitution.

Not in “any way it wants to”. For instance, the policy may not violate the 1st amendment. The qualification may not be based on membership in a specific religion. However, I heard Trump has now backed away from that stance and is now saying he would ban immigration based on region.

Interesting that Fox gives her that big of a lead. I still expect these numbers to tighten. Trump just had a terrible week, and Hillary is still in her post-convention bump.

The worst part of the Fox poll for Trump is that Clinton gets 12 percent of Republicans whereas Trump only gets 5 percent of Democrats.

Yes, if this were a novel and Trump was the hero, this would be his dark before the dawn.

Not too long ago the Five Thirty Eight prediction had Trump way out in lead, now Clinton is in the lead and things can change again. I agree that Clinton is being helped by a bump in the polls from the DNC and Trump has hurt himself and the two things together means Clinton is leading right now.
