Apparently this case is in court from my understanding. We probably should wait for the court ruling before finding anyone guilty. They do things that way where you live or no?

Like I said, the law suit will decide.

For the sake of argument here, you can’t just go with one side. You have to listen to both sides. But eventually it’ll be up to the courts.

During the debate when Trump said the students gave a 98% rating, Megan Kelly inserted herself in the debate again, **saying psychologists assert victims can praise their perpetrator when duped enough—a very weak rebuttal if you ask me. **

Yeah so the students got so duped when after finishing the courses gave a 98% approval rating and then came around to sue. I don’t buy it. But again, the courts will decide.

I’d also say, Megan Kelly broke debate rules about being a moderator by inserting herself into the debate. She pulled a candy crowley.

The voters will decide.
 
The education lawsuits have escalated here as funding and grants and loans became approved through Obama after 2008. Many of the schools I don’t think were bad but the fact is people run up 15-30 bills and still find themselves unable to use the earned degree to sustain a career. I don’t know in depth issue with Trumps school, I do know most of the cases are in court .
 
No, the courts will decide on the case, but the voters will decide on Trump, cruz, megan kelly, etc.

It’s no secret that Fox News doesn’t like Trump.

Also bear in mind that news media will stop at nothing to dig dirt on Trump no matter how minuscule, and the other candidates such as Cruz have been hiding in the shadows for the most part.

I think my argument was actually well laid out. You can call it what you like but in fact I suggest they are both opportunistic politics. As far as insisting one is racist and the other isn’t. Oh yes, thats for sure hypocrisy. In fact a blatant double standard.

Now the smoke screen is Hillary and her systematic racism. She just sweeps and entire party over to the racist corner as in all Republicans, not just Donny boy. Democrats are not racist 😃
 
Hey, you have to denounce racism to join the Democratic party we can tell how well thats working by Black Lives Matter. 👍 While Hillary and Bernie scurry to kiss their rear ends. No one see’s any of that though. Completely explainable. No issue what-so-ever. None. 😊

Well, if you belong to a party that allows…some one like Trump to be its front runner…I believe she has a valid reason to think it.

It’s actually very possible if the evaluations weren’t anonymous and were completed while participants’ success was still being measured. This is why in reputable institutions of higher education, student evaluations are anonymous and professors don’t receive results until well after final grades have been entered. Back when they were still being administered in the classroom via paper and pencil (as opposed to today, when evals are all done electronically), I wasn’t even supposed to be in the room when students completed them. Studies have shown that student evaluations are almost universally worthless in measuring classroom experiences – but conducting them as Trump “University” did takes the almost out of the equation entirely.

The courts will decide. I have no opinion one way or the other.

I do find it odd Megan Kelly would be debating Trump like that.
