I don’t see how you define this establishment he;s associated with. Cruz and Trump are running against the GOP so called establishment which is indicative by the alignment of superpacks and the backers. One might even say Cruz fits this model but by large the GOP rejects him as excessive and thats indicated by not a single Sen has endorsed him.

I don’t see it, he runs on his own money not to be influenced by finance. The idea he hob knobs with all these people doesn’t make him anything other than part of the circle of wealthy and politicians. They all belong as do the democrats.

From what I understand Trump is the supper pack. It is his money and influence that has backed others. He now seems to have given up on backing others up and is doing it himself.

Do you know how much money is being spent to attack trump? We re talking 25 million dollars in a matter of days on attack ads in one state alone. Trump can’t compete with that kind of money. He will be a pauper in a few weeks if he keeps up with the ads. In fact many trump supporters are complaining he’s being too cheap and not fighting back enough with ads.

This is no entertainment. Trump is fighting with his own money and he’s not fighting for the donors and special interests. This is a blood bath.

He’s a danger because he can’t be controlled by them. He doesn’t have to listen to donors and special interests.
I’ll agree that he can’t be controlled by them. But I don’t believe I agree with you as to why they want to try and control him.

He gave up on them because of incompetence? 😃 I agree with him and the democrats too, incompetent. Thats not a bad thing that he can afford to do this. How do you know he won’t turn out to be a completely moral leader of the USA? You know they all are somewhat shallow on policy. Making it up as you go along could be seen last night with Hillary and Bernie too talking about incarceration and medical. The career politicians are simply more polished. Doesn’t Obama make it up as he goes along with isis? Wasn’t that a learning curve in the middle east?

I never said it was entertainment.

I’ve never said any one was making it up as they go.

Honastly, if I understand correctly, he is probably just as broke as our government.

I can tell you many of his supporters are very anxious he’s relying on free media to fight back instead of using negative ads like his attackers are.

Negative ads work; that’s why people use them. But Trump can’t keep up with those using his own money. It’s just too expensive.

Grace you started a racist insulting conversation by an equivalence to all Trumps followers to Hitler. So the insulting conversation you seem to ignore started with your own racist thinking.

My insults, its the truth of your own behavior here which somehow you thought was fair game associating all Trumps followers with a racist signal of alliance to racism. Absurd
Please identify the specific posts in which I made the assertions you claim I made.

No…I’m not including Mitt Romney and all Republicans in on this just yet, but I am more inclined to believe that the reason the GOP is trying to take Trump out, if they really are, is because he is exsposing them for who and what they are and have been trying to preserve and keep hidden.
And maybe it is because he is crude, rude and erratic in his behavior. He is also promising many things that sound good but that he cannot deliver on. Think about it.

I have to assume he’ll engage in negative advertising against HRC once they’re the only two candidates on the landscape. And she in return. It’s bound to be an ugly summer.

I know, but I am suggesting they all do as indicative by Isis. Think about it, how would anyone be anymore informed than Obama and look at the stumbles with isis. Not to slight him but its the truth. Policy is an outline with a following definition and usually to come. What I’m saying is some are more polished. But to lay out a policy which in effect may change soon as with Isis and the m-e. may not be in the best interest of a candidate. I realize peoples think they should hear these explicit elaborate plans but that not be all together a reality. What do you think?

He’s spent a few million already. He’s playing some ads in Florida and maybe starting to in Ohio but nowhere near the intensity of all the Super Pac money spent against him.

Difference for general election is, once trump is nominated, the party will fund raise for him and so he’ll have more money at his disposal.

Trump is actually loaning his campaign funds that he can then collect on before entering the general election.

Yes, he’s been quite frugal comparatively.

What are the ‘many things’ you imagine he can’t do?
  • enforce immigration law? 100% under Exec branch
  • work with congress to replace ACA? of course he can lead that effort, it’s ripe for fixes
  • tax reform? he has solid ideas and congress will come to a compromise solution
  • trade negotiation? Executive branch can move the needle
  • crack down on Fed waste, fraud and abuse? Only the Exec branch can lead here.
  • increase efficacy of Military spend? Only the Exec branch can lead here.
  • etc.
