Lord Jesus, strengthen this dear brother in weakness, and grant him your comfort and your mercy. Father, assure him of the prayerful support of your holy people. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Thanks everyone! I know the prayers are helping and all of you are examples in faith for me.

I have to admit to falling into despair late last night. I’m on the new treatment and the major side effect is Diarrhea. I went the entire first week without that side effect…then it hit big time. It’s the cramping that hurts worse!

I know it’s bordering on self-pity to come here and talk about that stuff, but you are a sympathetic bunch:o

Father in Heaven, grant Tim comfort in his suffering. Help him as he continues his treatments. Give him courage when afraid, patience when afflicted, hope when dejected, and when alone assure him of the prayerful support of your holy people. We ask please that you grant Tim a complete healing. That is a rough side effect you are having. I am sorry you are experiencing that and I definitely hope it will lessen as you adjust to the drug.

Tim, just remember to offer it up! Ask for strength and it will be given you. You receive daily prayer, and your intention was placed before our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament Thursday and Friday. Amen.
