And its gonna come right down to the last minute my brother. People have seen the church in all its glory. They must also accept it in time of trial, believe and have faith.

Akita, many of Her messages are very similar, as are the mystics/Saints. Follow Her instruction at Fatima, accept whatever suffering the Lord sends. Never abandon the Church its the Mystical Body of Christ and the bridge to the Lord. The rest is in Gods hands, walk with him and he won’t abandon you.

His will is to establish the Immaculate Heart of Mary. I choose to cooperate.👍

Grace and Mercy!
We are definitely on the same wavelength. However, I do believe that the Church herself must still go through a great trial, right along with the world. But I know that as long as we trust in the Blessed Mother, she will never let us go.

God bless you.

This is how “they” are going to get Cain out of the race. He was never meant to do as well as he has done.
I don’t buy into a conspiricy that the Republican candidates are playing out some kind of scripted drama. You give WAY TOO MUCH credit to the GOP organization.

However, this is obviously a political attack against Cain by one of the campaigns. My guess is Perry’s because Romney actually benefits from Cain being in the race and splitting the “not Romney” vote.

If a person has done nothing wrong, then why pay any money at all?
Cain said in the Fox News interview:

I have never sexually harassed anyone. Yes, I was falsely accused while I was at the National Restaurant Association — and I say falsely because it turned out after the investigation to be baseless."

When asked about the payments to the women, Cain said, “I wasn’t even aware of it, and I hope it wasn’t for much because nothing happened.”

Donald Trump called the accusations “very unfair" during an interview on Fox News.
He said the restaurant association could have paid the women off to save costly court fees. “They settle it on the basis that it’s a lot cheaper and quicker and no publicity, no nothing, and they settle it, and then it ends up blowing up in his face. I think it’s very unfair.’’

Not to sound like a great defender of Clinton, but being accused of and NEVER INDICTED for rape does not mean he WAS a rapist. I’ve come to deeply regret voting for the man back in my “New Age Heathen” days and I’ve come to believe he was a lousypresident, but even I am not so prejudiced against him that I tend to prejudge him as a being a rapist just because I dislike him. Now if there was clear, cold hard evidence, maybe. Just because ONE woman accused hinm of that does not make him one. And again, I don’t want to come off as a defender of Clinton, either. Just being fair.

Just because a woman accused Cain of inappropriate behavior in no way means he is guilty of it either.

I lost all my faith in the two party system this year when, after all the tea party candidates won, the Republicans, with John Boehner leading the way, still gave Obama everything he wanted. I know this sounds absolutely crazy, but the facts tell me that our 2-party system is a farce. There may seem like a difference between the two, but there really isn’t. Except for some crucial social issues, such as abortion and gay marriage, Obama has followed the same path as George Bush, except maybe on steriods. The Republicans may talk socially conservative, but I don’t see anyone really trying to make a difference. Dems and Republicans are all in it together. They put up a good smoke screen, but there is no difference.

Because Cain knows what they will do to him- much less his family.
Exactly.

He said today something like it is a conscious decision to leave them out of the campaign for now.

I dont blame him. Liberals have no problem going after wives and children.

Absolutely. never said it was otherwise. Simply commenting on the comment attempting to convict Clinton and Spitzer simply on dislike of the persons.

Same for Cain.

Sorry if I gave off the wrong idea, whoch i did not.

I am not buying the Cain harassed someone story. Right out of the democrat playbook.

Today Herman Cain sang at the National Press Club. Beautiful.

Thank you for posting this. I liked Mr. Cain before this but I feel even stronger in my support today. He is a genuine person of faith and I certainly can’t say that about any democrat president since Jimmy Carter. His election would restore my faith in my country.

Peace

Me too.
I cant say I am a big fan of the 9% national sales tax.

I would trust Mr Cain to do the right thing. I belive he is a genuine man of faith, a brilliant business man and a loyal American.

I would be proud to vote for him.

Cain’s Former Secretary: This Is Not the Herman Cain I Know

Former staffers call sexual harassment allegations unbelievable.

I’m sure we’ve all heard this many times. Serial killers have gone to the gas chamber with friends, loved ones, and co-workers clinging to their heels insisting that it is impossible that they could’ve done it. I find testimonies about one’s personality thus to be the laest persuasive kind of evidence.

Your logic is quite profoundly flawed, I must say that. First, it wasn’t “the democrats” who accused him, so blaming them is truly a pitiful excuse for an argument. Secondly, that you like his singing voice is not only utterly impertinent, it has no bearing at all on whether he did harass anyone or not. I may think Ted Bundy has a charming smile, but that doesn’t mean he didn’t kill three dozen women.

The National Restaurant Association , according to NBC, paid out a settlement to one of the accusers while he was its head: firstread.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2011/10/31/8563824-nbc-confirms-one-cain-accuser-received-cash-settlement

It is certainly debatable what the significance of it is. Cain claims not to have known about the settlement. It is within the realm of possibility that he didn’t, and that they merely made settlement, without his assent, to avoid the negative publicity that would come regardless of whether he was guilty or not. It is also, of course, within the realm of possibility that he may be lying.

We can only know of these people, politicians and candidates, what they put before us in public. I wouldn’t portend to know any of them well enough to truly judge whether or not he or she is capable having done something wrong. I don’t trust aqnyone’s stage personality to exonerate them. One can only wait to see what the evidence, as much or little as there is, says about it.

Herman Cain has been playing fair. This report is nothing more than an underhanded trick by the liberals to attack an honorable man. Besides, we’ve all failed. Who claims to have no sin? No one. So let’s play fair; according to our tenets of chivalry, and Christian virtues.

A lot of people on Twitter
are swooning over this. Some are declaring that “Cain just won the election!”

Which is silly nonsense. He hasn’t even won the nomination, yet.

Having said that, though, Cain has just struck a note that will resonate for many in the country, particularly African Americans in the churches. Don’t minimize the effect his lovely basso profundo will have on people who are looking for something a little human, a little authentic and a little consoling. Do not underestimate the impact this stirring little ditty will have on some.

Of course, if he overdoes the singing, he’ll get some fretting about it, too. As I noted here, Marcos used to sing, too.

Whatever the truth is about the charges of sexual harassment leveled some years ago, and I have no idea what’s real on that, the timeframe was at the height of the “paintings of nudes make me feel violated” hysteria that signaled the end of strong, sane feminism in favor of shrinking-violet vaporism, so I’ll bide my time on that story.

And Cain may well have neutralized it
, just now, anyway. I mean, he sang about “Amazing Grace” — to the tune of “Danny Boy.” Covered a lot of constituent ground there!

No, this did not “win the election.” People need to calm down — I swear, we’re like a nation of drama queens! But as James Pethokoukis tweeted: he certainly helped himself.
