Did you not read my post?

I said vote for the guy cause he’s less likely to do anymore damage to the culture of life.

Fine, whatever. I’m not, but if you are the Church allows it in this situation.

Please don’t act like this man has never done anything terrible. Regardless if this particular accusation is true or false this man is guilty of some horrific things in his past. These accusations could easily be true as they coincide with his past actions. 🤷
He employs more than 20,000 people.

Is that terrible?

He is not some slick politician who talks out of both sides of his mouth. Read the daily release of Wikileaks … 9,000 so far … showing how Hillary DOES talk out of both sides of her mouth.

The two are not equivalent.

If the “never Hillary. never Trump” voters spent half a much time trying to convince us of how horrible Hillary is as they do telling us how terrible Trump is, their posts would likely garner more support. The attempts to tear into Trump are so one-sided that frankly, I suspect it makes some people dig in defense of Trump. I am under no allusions he is a perfect man, and he was probably my last choice for the nomination, but I don’t see any good comparison when juxtaposed with such an ethical basement dweller as Hillary.

I find this thread disturbing, I truly do. :sad_yes:

If you want to vote for Mr Trump because he’s less likely to worsen the culture of death, fine. The Church permits this. But to defend him like he is some innocent little victim is horrific. This man has done serious crimes against women. Look at the proof of his life actions. Atrocious! I have done terrible terrible things myself, but I’m not running for president now am I?!

When other celebrities have been convicted of the same terrible crimes (think Bill Cosby and Josh Duggar for starters) you were all but crucifying them with your accusations. I know I read them. But you defend Mr Trump like he is some victim, when in actuality he is the transgressor, just because he has the word “Republican” attached to his name. :rolleyes:Its just UNbelievable, it truly is.

Vote for Trump because of the fact he’s less likely to do any more damage to the culture of life. But don’t justify his horrific actions and ignore all the innocent people he’s transgressed against in his life. He is a bad man, he truly is. Until he proves otherwise (which it’s not looking good) don’t put him on some golden pedestal as one just baptized and cleansed from all sin. Please, please don’t.
Yes, it is disturbing to witness this from my brothers and sisters in Faith.

Now you know how most of us feel about your unbridled support for Hillary, and to remove the excuse of Trump from your arguments, Obama before her. For the folks who voted for McCain and Romney, but can’t get onboard in a Trump vote, they have a case. For those who supported Obama before this, Trump is merely a way to publically assuage their conscience.

I heard an interesting comment on the radio today about this dressing room incident. The left has been pushing for men to be able to use women’s restrooms, locker rooms, dressing rooms if they “identify” as a woman, and for women to use men’s facilities. Target stores have been celebrated for allowing men to use the women’s room. North Carolina has been the subject of of severe tongue lashings by the left because they don’t allow this by law. People who have complained about invasion of privacy have been basically told to sit down, shut up, and stop being a “bigot”. Now the left is complaining about Trump, a man, walking into a women’s dressing room. What is the difference here (besides, of course, that the left does not want trump to win)? Why does saying 5 words (i identify as a woman) make it acceptable but not if those 5 meaningless words are not said?

Gee, I don’t get it.

The Donald was a staunch Democrat at the time. Is all this outrage. Is it because he is a republican now? Here we go again, the unindicted Hillary, with her alleged rapist husband a real two for one combo on the sleaze scale pitted against the dark lord, Satan spawn in the epic political battle of the century. A real toilet bowl affair.

How about these distractions. Who is groping, who is penetrating. Lets not talk what the country needs to do to return economic growth financial stability borders et cetera.

Oh well a couple griffters running for the money tree. Countries inevitably get what they deserve.

Female sport babes want access to players locker rooms. What is the difference?

Don’t you dare do the same to Hillary, put her on a pedestal

You got that one spectacularly wrong. I would never remotely have said anything like this when in came to support for McCain and Romney. You are the one trying to publically assuage the conscience of Trump supporters.

Not really, and not what I said anyway.

So you didn’t support Obama over Romney? My mistake, I must have you confused with another Al Moritz.

Everybody loves Trump because he speaks the truth, except when he’s bragging about sexual assault, then he only lies.

You addressed a similar argument to me. I didn’t think I needed to attack Hillary, because her actual background speaks for itself. Especially her support of abortion.

I’m critical of Trump because I am a Pro-life republican. But before that I’m a Catholic. And as a Catholic the only thing that I can see is that perhaps he might appoint pro-life judges. And I’ve searched to find some pro-life background that would convince me. Nothing has convinced me. He doesn’t have any. None. He didn’t mention even mention abortion at the convention. Contrast that message with George W . Bush who used the phrase"culture of life".

I can’t imagine a worse republican candidate for president. I can’t imagine a worse example for my sons. Before we mention Bill being terrible as well, I can’t imagine anyone telling me to overlook those things about Bill. That is what the message is, overlook everything about this guy because he will save the babies. Apparently he really does need to shoot someone on fifth avenue.

I just don’t see how you back Hillary if you are what you say you are

Hey, what I learned with William Jefferson Clinton’s escapades in the oral office is everyone lies about sex. It is not a big deal. So, say democrats and all good feminist like the gals from NOW.

Apparently the women (plants) that have accused him are having a hard time with the stories the DNC gave them!

I don’t back Hillary.

Criticism of Trump is not support of Hillary. I’ve been critical of Trump since the beginning. Trump won because republicans that voted for him didn’t weigh abortion and life issues as being important. If they had, he wouldn’t be the candidate.

This!

All y’alls quit saying I’m for Hillary. I presumed her horrific past was a given. 🤷

This again!

I don’t support Trump OR Hilary. There are more than two options here. 🤷
