I’m sorry, maybe I’m exaggerating speaking of separatists. The loss of any human life is a tragedy, as it is a tragedy for the country.
On the East of Ukraine, there are also some Russian patriots who sincerely want unification with Russia, especially they are irritated that Western Ukrainians are trying to come to power.
But excuse me please , 22 years of country independence - Ukrainian patriots had no opportunity to express themselves in power.
If now, after 22 years of independence, they will try to build a new Ukraine on the European model - why not give them the chance?
22 years they lived in state-destructive invaders ( sorry again, but resource-rich Ukraine is one of the world’s poorest countries)
And please , there is no need to make them Nazis.
Pro-Western parties in recent years gained popularity in the south and east of the country. There’s a lot of state-creative institutions and ideas there.
Let the separatists realize that, if we have God-given country, why should we be an appendage of Russia? (Also keep in mind that the separatists are very tiny percentage there is not a lot of them)
You can not build a future on old shovels rules.
That is why the young people vote for changes in the country.
Of course, I agree that there are no angels in a multipolar world today, it’s bad when billions of dollars are disappearing to the east and its also bad when billions of dollars are disappearing to the west.
But as youth in anticipation of change, so in my opinion the European integration provides such an opportunity.
Of course the country need to start all over again and it will be very hard but the main point is that its unacceptable to demonize the dignity of revolution without understanding its spiritual aspiration for changes.
