I skimmed the article which is nothing more than the opinion of a blogger, so where is the “complete picture” you refer to? Thanks, but I believe the proof is incontrovertible and I’ll just do as my own bishop suggested…help the poor in our area for now. As to the other bishops NOT allowing this collection, here is last year’s list:Did you read the article I posted a link to? I highly recommend it in the interest of gaining a complete picture.
