Here is a yahoo cached version of that part of the page (click on the image for a link to the cache…until it is updated):Going to Biography.com now and it has been changed.
I really don’t care when they married. I do have a problem if they claimed their anniversary was yesterday to somehow get a what, the sympathy factor.
Sounds like the same kind of stuff the birther’s started. Here is a yahoo cached version of that part of the page (click on the image for a link to the cache…until it is updated):

Again, just find it interesting…I, also, don’t care when they were married…but the changes make a pedestrian piece of trivia very interesting.
Wish that for Obama just a wee bit more. When that Mormon candidate referred to “our God,” I wanted to whap him upside the head and scream “How DARE you talk about ‘our’ God?” It just infuriated me. And I think it would infuriate St. Athanasius and the other Trinitarians at Nicea.
This is the first Presidential election in which both major-party candidates are completely post-Christian. I deeply wish that they both could lose.
Well, their next debate is on the 16th, so if he starts it off by saying “in two days, Michelle and I celebrate our anniversary…” we’ll know something is up.Here is a yahoo cached version of that part of the page (click on the image for a link to the cache…until it is updated):

They disgust me equally. When the major-party choice is between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama, I am left with absolutely no faith in the future of this country.Wish that for Obama just a wee bit more.![]()
I don’t know. I can’t possibly imagine why, honestly.Sounds like the same kind of stuff the birther’s started.
All the bio sites on Obama, have October 3, 1992 as the marriage date.
You think he lied about it last night?
Jim
In the world of fast information, even false information spreads fast. So, some one put up 18th and it spread.I don’t know. I can’t possibly imagine why, honestly.
There was a whole host of places that said October 18th. Those sites were up there for YEARS. If they were not married on the 18th, you’d think somebody would have caught it a long time ago.
I can’t imagine that many commercial sites being so wrong.
Here’s another one, from North Carolina A&T University Bluford Library database:

For a president it was bad, in the TV era, not sure about before TV.Pat Buchanan described Obama’s debate performance as “one of the worst in debate history”. Maybe so.
Did you see Michelle’s look after the debate…O was on the couch that night.I noticed that he wasn’t even holding her hand… disappointing anniversary either way![]()
Is he the one who said. "What am I doing here "?For a president it was bad, in the TV era, not sure about before TV.
However, the worst in modern day history was Ross Perot’s running mate, Admiral Stockdale.
Jim
Yeah, and then told the moderator after being told he had more time to speak, to let the other two guys use his time.Is he the one who said. "What am I doing here "?
But it’s not just somebody. In the world of fast information, even false information spreads fast. So, some one put up 18th and it spread.
Most sites say October 3rd and have been up long before the debate as well.
So what would be the motive for Obama making up October 3rd as their anniversary?
Jim
Lisa, if that is true about Obama - and many on the right say it is - then I think he is in trouble for the next debates. That said, I always advise against overconfidence. A lot can happen in the next month - either way. This was a great evening for Romney and those who wish to have a president who does not pursue anti-Catholic and anti-life policies. The mainstream media would like nothing more than the narrative of the next debate to be all about “the greatest comeback ever” or " Obama - the comeback kid" or whatever. I am cautiously optimistic that Romney will perform well in the next two debates to prevent this from happening. As for the vice presidential debate - I would be careful. So many on the right have said Ryan will clean Biden’s clock that anything short of that will be " victory for Biden - the old pol schooling the amatuer." There is no reason to raise the expectations like this. Ryan is smart, but Biden - say what you want about him - has been in the senate and knows his way around the debate, for all his gaffes. He is sort of the teflon Vice president. If a Republican made those gaffes then they’d have been driven out of office. You’re in Ireland and I suspect have limited sources or limited time or limited interest in this race so you are basing your conclusions on what other people have said about Romney.
Did you watch the Republican Convention? How much do you know about Romney? If you are using sound bites and Obama ads for your argument be aware that they are not all that credible.
The “faux pas” were OPINIONS of the MSM which is strongly pro-Obama. Further the MANY faux pas by Obama and Biden didn’t quite make the news did they? Are you aware of Obama’s “You didn’t build that” comment? How about Biden’s “Put ya back in CHAINS!!!” How about Obama/Clinton/Rice’s two week fabrication about the BenGhazi assassinations? OOPS!
Obama is great at reading a teleprompter. When he speaks extemporaneously he’s full of “uh uh uh’s” strawmen set afire (he tried it again last night) and ad hominems. He doesn’t have a good command of the facts and either filabusters or obfuscates if someone asks him a tough question.
Honestly if he’s afraid to go toe to toe with Elisabeth Hasselback why would you think he could actually debate effectively?
